I bought this expecting it to do more then it does. Ive never been an ipad type of person. Its pretty much a cell phone with a big screen. If you value these then definitely buy one.

The display caused PWM sensitivity for me. I feel dizzy after a few minutes of using it, and I eventually had to sell it on eBay.

I have been using iPads since they cane out , I usually buy from apple. this time I didn't. all Best Buy and apple are selling you are on gong subscriptions to everything, they are really nbadf high promises and not unless you pay for every month , my old one might have been slow and stuff but obselaet ,this new one even apple help center can not get to work and flow properly

good overall, sometimes will shut off and takes a while to turn back on

I would suggest opening it and looking at it first! I have purchased many refurbished items and this one was the first to come with the previous owners personal sticker collection. 2 massive very hard to remove stickers. I get this was used but this made me feel like i bought off of the owner and not Best Buy. I feel like it’s not refurbished at all it’s just returned and put back up for sale! I worried about scratching and dropping my brand new $1000 iPad the entire removal process! Make me nervous about future purchases

Exactly what I expected and was wanting as an upgrade over ny old ipad air.

It did not come with charging cord and charging wall charger. Manager was not helpful and gave me a use charging cord. I returned the item due to poor customer service at the store.

The iPad is great, Best Buy, not so much. The associate signed me up for a credit card, only saying the words "Rewards program" until I saw the card on the screen. I should have read everything I clicked through but I was tired from a 6 hour drive. I feel violated, I thought I could trust Best Buy.

It’s a nice device, the price is steep. 3 stars I rated it due to price . Otherwise it’s a premium product .

My husband received the iPad for Christmas and absolutely loved it, for a week. The screen started flickering and apps were opening and closing almost constantly. Fortunately, Best Buy offered to replace it for us with no hassle. Praying we have better luck with the next iPad. Honestly, the iPad was amazing! Hoping we just got a faulty device.

Does not have the camera I wanted and it’s very thin

Was in line to pick up my iPad and got overlooked like a second class citizen like my money didn't have no value because of my color so I left the iPad in the store and got my iPad from Amazon Best Buy customer service is very bad. Will be a long time before I make another purchase there.

After 1 month of using. Battery stucks at 100 after hours of youtube.

The ipad batteries drained to faster and overheating. And best buy workers are so rude and they don't wanna help with the purchase of this item . I other issues with them were tha they lock my account and credit card for not reason.. they stole all my information and full social security and still asking me for a stupid code identification that im still waiting 10 days already my credit is already messed up amd i cant use their card

Amazing screen dual OLED panels stacked was The innovation that made Apple Apple. This is Not a watered down product like the past 5 iPhones basically a new number and an insignificant feature. I had the 12.9 pro 1st gen and pencil there isn’t a comparison also the size and weight of the new M4 is unbelievable. I actually kept it in spots away from hard surfaces in fear of breaking the screen or iPad itself. The only downfall so far is there aren’t any good cases available yet I bought the best non-Apple case Best Buy offers currently and it has a couple issues one corner the plastic won’t clip over the screen. I gave it decent force but again don’t want to crack either the case or screen. The wake/sleep feature doesn’t function and reviews on the case point that out. Definitely buy AppleCare as my old pro took many small drops but one time from my lap to the floor with a case and cracked the glass in one corner. Fix was $400+ and wasn’t worth it at that point so I got rid of it.

Wish I could properly give a review if I only received the item to begin with. sucks!

Still an iPad. Works just as bad as it always has.
