Great, overpowered, sleek as heck tablet. With accessories as expensive as the tablet itself. I bought an open box, and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Sure, in-store staff are always busy when you need them. But mine was immensely helpful as soon as she freed up. She clued me in on the differences between open box and refurb, and shared with me how that relates to her own purchasing patterns. I walked out the store reassured that I made the right choice. And a few weeks down the road, I'm still happy with my choice.

My old iPad battery didn’t last very long anymore. But the new one really doesn’t last any longer but is faster. No real improvements.
