I do not settle for an alternate brand. This is my helper to get me going on my everyday simple tasks. The width is slim and clean. It fits extension plug with others I need to plug in. Buy only original from Best Buy.

Apple’s new IPad 10.2 comes with a 12W charger with is more then sufficient for normal use. I travel a lot and I use my IPad along with Office 365, and a Logitech keyboard and the 12W charger is just a bit shy of keeping up the power. I consulted Apple and they recommended the 18W power adapter and there hasn’t been any shortage of battery power. If you are in need or just want a faster charger then this is a must have unit. I would highly recommend you also purchase the 2Meter cable USB C to lightning cable so you can work a little further from an outlet. You’ll love this combo.

I bought this to use with my iPhone XS Max and iPads. Apple markets this for newest iPad Pro’s vs iPhones. The standard sugar cube Apple included with the phone is only 5 watts vs this one at 18 watts. That equates to about 3.6 times faster charge than sugar cube or 50% faster than medium size 12 watt Apple charging adapter. This does charge my iPhone significantly faster and does not get hot like the little one. However, you will need to purchase a USB-C to lightning cable to use with all iPhones. I plan on getting a USB-C to iWatch cable too to sped up charges on watch.

I recently found out that my iPhone 8 has quick-charge capability, but Apple packs in a standard 5W USB power adapter with the phone. You'll need at least an 18W adapter to take advantage of the quick-charge functionality. Purchase this and a Lightning-to-USB-C cable in order to quick-charge your compatible Apple device.

Don't waste money on a cheaper adapters for apple products. Not expensive but some people want cheaper and then don't realize that if the adapter is not made to charge certain products that charge at a differ watt - they end up doing internal damage to apple products over time and you don't even realize it. Wire connection cords, especially the really long ones you can find outside of apple if you just make sure the quality is good and not cheap.

At 18W this is just over 3x the charging capability of the 5W traditional iPhone/iPod Adapter allowing for faster charge times. The universal directionality of USB-C is great as now you don’t need to pay attention to the direction of both the lightning end and the USB-C end. It is a little larger than the traditional adapter but it is still compact enough to be convenient. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone!

Picked this up with the USB C to lightning cable (student discount promo) and is worth it, especially when you're on the go and need to get a quick charge to top off your battery for a day of heavy usage or when you need to charge quickly and ain't got time to wait and waste when using the standard charger. This should be the standard charger included with the phone.

Never knew the difference a charger could make my life much more easier. I have always been using the small charging brick that came with the box. It takes so much time to charge on my XS Max and with this, I have saved so much time and has made my life much more easier. But it’s not as cheap as I would like.

This adapter works fine for any of the iPhone 12 models. It really charges fast as they were advertised however wish the adapter was to be smaller and included with the phone but oh well. Other than that, this would be great for fast charging and needed for traveling as it is compact.

Wish this adapter would have been included with the AirPods. This gives you the ability to tap into your phone and AirPods rapidly. This is essential when my phone is close to the red zone and I’m heading out. Can go from 20-50% in 10 minutes which is crucial when time is of the essence. Yes you can find cheaper brands but that will void your Apple warranty and don’t be cheap

This works great and really speeds up charging time for iPad, iPhone, and other devices. I received one with my new iPad Pro 11 and was so impressed I bought a backup for travelling and to charge my iPhone Xs with USBC to Lightning cored. Nice size too.

The adapter is able to charge my iPhone faster than just the regular charger that came with the phone. However, just like all Apple products, it’s just a little expensive.

My iPad charger died while I was on vacation. Bought this OEM charger and now have faster and reliable charging on my iPad. Expensive but does the job.

I've had so many different chargers over the years, and most have failed me. This Apple brand charger at 18W is fantastic. It is the same version that came with my iPhone 11 Pro Max for quick charging. It's great on my wife's iPhone Pro, she doesn't miss the long charging times. It makes a HUGE difference when charging my older iPad Pro, which came with only a 10W and was frustratingly slow. I highly recommend getting the Apple Brand, because it was made by the company that made your device. I never worry about it damaging any of my compatible Apple Products.

Unless you don't mind plugging into your Apple computer every night, providing you own one in the first place, Apple should have provided this 18W USB-C Power Adapter - White with the purchase of this product, that being said I had to buy this item for the convenience. I haven't plugged into my MacBook Pro since buying this! I do think for what this thing does, it's too expensive, but what Apple product isn't expensive. That being said, I love and only purchase Apple products, they are just better and last longer than their competitors!!
