I have not experienced any overheating or anything unusual. Works well with my updated iPhone charger cord and Apple MacBook Pro charging cable.

The new iPhone 14 pro max does not come with an adapter. The old charger blocks do not match the size connections. This adapter purchase supported my phone.

Good buy for the watch

I was surprised to see upon opening the box was the physical size of this adapter- it's almost the size of the airpod pro case or more than twice the size of 5W USB-A adapter. It'll even better if Apple includes both USB-A and USB-C ports in this adapter.
