I think I ended up with a lemon. I purchased this as a NEW computer but I think someone purchased it; didn't like it, and returned it. And I got it. When I went to set up my log-in information to get started with the first set-up, it kept saying that was not the correct information (that the log-in information was different). Since there should not have been any previous log-in data on there I suspect the lemon was sent to me. Sorry I bought it. It performs in a way that feels outdated. I had a Mac for four years before I purchased this one. I liked the Mac product until this one. I paid a lot of money for it, too. My advice would be to buy something else.

This is my third Apple - I have a Mac Mini and a MacBook Pro, so I bought this one expecting superior performance. It's slow, and very frustrating. Seems like something is wrong with it.

I ask salesman about it and AOL he told me it would be fine thats not true and its slow and I lost a lot of things because it does not like AOL software. I am disabled or I would have taken it back but with my medical condition hard to get around.

I really waited along time for this purchase. Wish I done more research . Asked best buy associates had little knowledge of computer.

I am still learning a lot about the new APPLE computer. So far it is working great and I love it.
