I love my iMac, I had done lots of research before I got it so I knew exactly what I wanted when I went to Best Buy. Unfortunately, the guy that "helped" me was a total buzz kill. He was pretty much bashing on the iMac I wanted and said its not worth buying and how I needed to get the bigger faster one. I understand up selling but the way he went about it was RUDE!! I told him I had already looked into this product and that was the one I wanted and he laughed and said "well I hope your gonna be happy with that decision" I'm sorry but that's not something I want to hear when buying a $1000 computer! I almost decided to leave and go to a different Best Buy just so he couldn't get credit for my sale. ANYWAYS MY IMAC IS JUST AS AMAZING AS I IMAGINED!!

This is our first Mac and we will not go back. We mostly do photos and internet, but also purchased Excel. Very satisfied with purchase. No problems and it’s been a year. Really like the large screen.

I'm an old guy. Started programing on punch cards. Fiddled around with all sorts of PCs and operating systems. Twenty years ago most everyone moaned that computers required too much maintenance. They wanted computers that worked like toasters (plug em in and forget em.) Just replaced a nine year old iMac that succumbed to a power surge. The new iMac works just like the last one and just like my toaster. I plugged em and they work just like they're supposed to. No surprises, no hassles.

My wife and I went in looking for a mac book pro. She is starting up a business and needs a computer. The Mac books were priced in the 1200 dollar range. I can't remember the name of the guy who helped us, he recommended getting the desktop which had a bigger screen, more USB ports, and the biggest was how much the price difference was. Mac book 1200, desk top 899. That was good service

I recently bought my Mac because I needed a computer and had switched all my other devices to Apple products. I like how they all share and communicate to each other. I really like the simplicity of the system I bought. Basically a monitor (computer built in) with a sleek keyboard and mouse. The system runs great and has great graphics. I would recommend this product to my friends.

Love apple products and just completed my transition from pc to apple with this iMac. Great for office work scanning a filling. Apple makes these functions very user friendly. Easy to get organized with the iCloud.

You can't go wrong with this Apple. It's sleek look and user friendly screen and make up all added pluses to this product

I was hesitant about switching from a PC to a Mac but once I purchased this model there were no regrets. It was very easy to set up and to use right out of the box. It is important to remember that this model does not come with an optical drive I.e. A DVD drive. So be prepared to buy one if you think you are not going to be able to download all the software that you need/use.

I have always been "Apple Shy". No more! So user friendly.

I was a Windows user before I got my Mac and after uses it for a couple weeks, I love it. I have an iPhone so the switch wasn't hard at all.I will never go back to Windows. I am glad to say I am an apple user.

My son recommended this computer and its the best investment That i could of made. Great overall computer and user friendly. The service by Best Buy associates and the Apple representative were very helpful.

My visit and ultimate purchase of this product was the ultimate for me. I went in to price the computer. I was approved for Best Buy Credit and made my purchase easily. For what ever reason, due to factory issues after 24 hours the actual computer did not turn back on and I had to return the computer to Best Buy. After the GeeK Squad ran tests, they confirmed the issue was factory originated and quickly provided a new replacement. Thank you Best Buy and Thank you Apple for great products. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this product again and from this vendor.

Great for kids who know how to use an iPad. Once we got my daughter in front of it she knew exactly how to operate it. No large tower modem to put anywhere. It's wireless so no wires to wrap up and hide.

We were unsure of purchasing an computer considering we had no experience with apple product.....only samsung. We love it!!! It was a change to our usual operations but we were able to adapt quickly.

Took little time to put together and as a 4x mother of home-use desktops, this one is my favorite. My daughter does not have to worry about speed or ridding the computer of viruses. Well done Apple!

I have owned many apple products in the past and have been happy with all of them and this has been not exception. The set up was extremely easy and the product has worked great from the beginning.

This computer is good looking and work perfectly. Turn it on and it just works. Much better than a PC.

My Mac it the best computer I have ever owned. No hassles no virus issues, no ridiculously bad updates the take forever. Easy to use and the programs are powerful yet easy to figure out. My wife is barely computer literate (were old) and even she loves it. Can't say enough good about computing made simple. The video chat is remarkable and unit is just sexy to look at! I have had several windows PC's over the years and wish I had gone Mac years ago.

I've never owned a Mac and I will never go back to a PC. Screen is great, fast processor and easy to use.
