My MAC arrived w/several scratches on the frame. I couldn't return it as I had hired a person insight to download from old computer. Your company must carry 2nd quality from Apple. I'm not happy but otherwise like the MAC.

Still getting used to new one. Missing my old MAC. On new one I can't insert my memory stick from camera, it doesn't load info from phone, and a few other odds and ends. Well, I haven't figured out a way to do it anyway.

Im not an apple person but was convinced it ws better. I had issues 1 month after i bought it turns out nothing that was told to us was true. Never again! The sales rep did his job cannt complain there.

I PURCHASED THIS COMPUTER FOR EASE. NOT SO!! VERY DIFFICULT TO USE AFTER USING WINDOWS. DOES NOT LET ME DOWNLOAD MICROSOFT WORD WITHOUT A LOT OF TROUBLE.

My personal opinion is that the Mac format is not worth the price that Apple charges for it. I agree that the security is better on the Mac but I like the much cheaper ASUS better.

Not at all like windows. Hard to find way around menus. Expensive. Not for a beginner. Had trouble finding a delete symble. Very disappointed.

I buy this computer and I have to take it back two times because it has some problem... best buy won't help me and they send me with apple.... I buy the warranty in best buy for nothing.....

Totally alien OS (to me) . Need a basic step by step OS manual until I build enough repetitions for memory to kick in. I want to love it, but I have a long way to go.

I really enjoyed my Mac. I used it for online classes and my photography hobby. I installed updates and backed up my files. However, after 5 years...it has stopped working. I am able to log in, but nothing will open on my desktop. The wheel just spins.

Really Slow iMac. Keeps on crashing again and again.

Being the lowest of the IMacs I did not like the product at all! I bought it for two reasons: 1. Because it was cheap and 2. Because it was part of the late 2016 series. Once I ad that mac in my home studio I was appalled by the speed and its really really really really really really really slow functionality. Thumbs down to this product I returned it in 3 days later.

My problem with this item has more to do with he operating system then the actual product. I own a IPHONE and thought I would benefit from leaving my PC and moving onto a comparable operating system. After set up I realized that there is a huge difference between the options, ways the system operated and the applications available. I believe that my IPHONE and IPAD are way friendly user and that I enjoy them more than I ever would have this expensive item.

Very nice veey pretty, mac os is great...is just not worth the price. There are better windows machines out for couple of hundred dollars less.

Having used HP for many years the Mac is not very user friendly..even the help is not easy to use. I guess I need to go buy a Mac for Dummies book

I purchased this for my home usage. I have noticed that when you open a program, there is sometimes a slight lag time for it to open.

Bought the computer and it was working fine when I first turned it on then it developed a virus and the computer started lagging.

Everything is totally different from the All-In-One Hewitt Packard desktop I was accustomed to. Very difficult to operate.

Not sure if I just got a bad one or what but It locked up on me constantly ,traded it back in for Lenovo and very happy !

This computer is not worth the price tag always freezes and shuts down on its own would not EVER recommend

I had they been thinking about taking the plunge for a couple of years switching from windows to a Mac. I did extensive reading before I chose my iMac. The set up was much easier than I expected and except for a few things I still need to learn, I am very happy with my new iMac. Apple support has been great!
