After having a similar product for 9 years, this has caused me to re-think ever buying a new computer.

Disappointed in the lack of memory and inability to add more

very basic mac with minimum processing power great fro email and paper work

Not anything great, but just ok. Not necessarily worth the extra money.

It doesn't have it's own version of Microsoft office so I'm giving it 3 stars

Love it but this computer runs so slow in comparison to my MacBook pro

Very disappointed not being able to us my rewards points for this purchase because of the 45 day waiting period. it's like getting penalized for being an Elite Plus and purchasing more frequently. I was also not happy with the (open box) condition of the iMac this time.

I have an ipad, and like it. Not seeing a difference in mac or pc in productivity. Wish I would have spent less and bought a desktop that I had intended to buy. Felt pressured to get the mac. Worried it will cost me more in the long run. Not happy. Wish I could return it.

Have a good service and knowledgeable of the product

I feel that after using a pc I should've stayed with a dell. This Mac is way too confusing and I've had iPhones for many years. I can't even figure out where to turn it on

This is my first iMac and I love it! I was looking at all Apple iMac and MacBooks. I kept going back to the iMacs because i already have a iPad Air 2. I was kind of hesitant because the newer iMacs with 4k and retina display are to expensive. Then i saw this guy which is the one before the new 4k retina display and i honestly couldn't tell a difference in performance. The only difference was the display. Little details in the background are crisp, but i really liked the display in this guy too. Im glad i played with then before i spent all this money on just a better screen that this guy still has.

This Mac did not come with ilife'11 i thought all Mac came with free ilife'11?

Have always been a pc girl but have always wanted a iMac, but I've been scared away because lots of people seem to find them hard to understand and use and I am NOT computer savvy so I was not even wanting to try and change. But after having iPhones and iPads for the last few years and my pc of 7 years just not keeping up anymore, I decided to take advantage of the Black Friday deal. And I'm completely in love. It's basically a huge iPad and it was super easy to get the hang of it. Especially since I already had an established Apple account. It's looks pretty, awesome picture quality and sound, also can't believe how fast the start up is. And love I don't have to deal with all those cords anymore. Still have to do some exploring and download some apps to get it where I'd like. Like photo editing and stuff. Not looking forward to transferring all photos and music but hopefully it won't be too hard. Totally impressed with this iMac and I think it will work well for my needs.

Should have reviewed what year it was manufactured. It's two years old already.

This Mac is very nice love the way it operates, Just switched from HP and glad I did.

this was a gift for my husband. He has not been able to really figure out how to run it and doesn't like it. I can't return because it is past 15 days.

Bought the iMac to replace my wife's old PowerBook. The set up was very easy, specially because we have a Time Capsule on our network. Loading all her documents from her last backup was a snap! The iMac is well configured with 8 GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive. The color is breath taking. The only thing I miss is a CD drive shich is not standard on the iMac anymore. One can buy a relatively inexpensive CD drive, but it was just as easy to mount the CD on my Mac Book Pro and publish it. This makes the CD remotely available to any Mac on the network and made it easy to install the MS Office suite.

Although i have had iPhones and iPads, i had never owned iMac. This is my first iMac and i am never going back to other brands. Love how fast it turns on, love the screen. It was a bit difficult to switch from laptops to a desktop version, but for what i need , which is photography editing - this is an excellent choice. The screen is big enough for me to open two windows at the same time. I would definitely recommend this to everyone looking for a desktop computer. I like that it is light enough that i can move from one room to another when i really have to.

This was my first Apple iMac computer "love it" much better than my old Windows PC's plus this was my 1st Best Buy purchase and I'm not disappointed, the staff was very knowledgeable and helped my make the right decision without being pushy. I will definitely shop there first. Highly recommend both BB & Apple iMac!!!
