The retina display is beautiful. The wireless mouse/trackpad and keyboard battery last for weeks. But I have to admit staring at the screen for 4 hours or more tends to hurt my eyes. I'm not sure why since it does not happened with the MacBook that I own.

It's an Apple. Not much more to say. I received a good deal buying an open box and was like new.

I purchased an open-box computer. The computer works perfectly fine. I only had an issue with a previous owner still being logged in through iCloud. I had to delete his stuff myself.

Certified open package was in perfect condition. Package as original.

I recently purchased the base, 1.6 GHz model with the hope that it would suffice for basic computing tasks like browsing the web and using Microsoft Office. Unfortunately, I was wrong - this computer was a complete joke. Startups were slow, opening simple apps like Safari would regularly take over 15-20 seconds, and I would see that dreaded spinning pinwheel far too often. I exchanged it at my local Best Buy for the 21.5" iMac with Retina display and it's a world of difference. I also have to commend the store for honoring their no-hassle price match policy, which ended up saving me $150 off the regular price at the Apple Store. I would highly recommend consumers forgo the base model for the more powerful non-Retina model or the Retina variant. The extra cost will likely be more than worth it when considering the extra few years of use you'll get out of them.

good computer for everyday stuff. sometimes its a little sluggish when you try to do multiple tasks.

This computer is great for basic computer users, but it's awful for anyone who uses Adobe programs such as Lightroom or Photoshop Unless you have $4000 to spend on the 32 gb 5k retina displayed, you are stuck with a measly 8gb of RAM. You need 16 gb minimum to run LR ans PS, therefore rending the 21.5in 4k late 2015 iMac worthless for photographer. Why the change apple? Why did you create something the user cannot upgrade?

It ok bestbuy is really good. I would purchase more.

Worst apple product I have ever had. Was slow to from the start and continued to get slower.
