I have previously owned a Mac before my most recent purchase. This has performed well above my expectations. However the only problem I've had was with the mouse not responding at times. Associate assisting me with my purchase was very knowledgable and helpful.

This is simply one of the best purchases I have ever done at Best Buy. I got this computer open box and on sale almost 2 years ago for a very low price. It has worked flawlessly this whole time. I am super happy with my purchase I would highly recommend this computer and Best Buy as a seller. A+

Finally made the complete switch to an Apple IMac. Have an IPad and IPhone so this just made sense. Because I already had Apple products there was virtually no learning curve with the I IMac. I love this computer. So much more effortlessly than Windows 10,

Switching from a PC to a Mac was not as difficult as I expected with the Apple support that I received. Everything has worked out well that six months I have used it. Every time I have a problem I can't so I talk to tech support and they are always able to help me. I do wish I had chosen the faster speed, though.

My family have been needing a new computer for a long time and finally convinced them to ditch the PC World and get on with Apple. So easy to use and everyone picked up on the new system easily. Unlike windows where you have to decipher everything to use it!

The main reason I bought this is because the year prior I had purchased a "cheaper" computer (HP All in one PC) and the experience was terrible. I sold it because I couldn't even do the simplest tasks on it with out it freezing or lagging. Should have gone with apple in the first place. Great price on it too!

This replaced my macbook pro circa 2008. It's awesome. For the sale price, you can't beat the storage and graphics on this.

I love my iMac, I probably needn't have replaced the previous iMac. I haven't touched a PC in years. Very little frustration with an iMac.

Learning to use, have always had a PC, except for IPhone and IPad, but became disenchanted with them. Deciding to change started with MacBook, which I love, which lead me to the IMac. Now just looking forward to more time to spend on the computer.

My wife absolutely loves the iMac. Learning curve from Windows is reduced by all of the information available online.

1. It taught me to appreciate the 7 year old iMac I intended to replace. 2. It assured me that Apple's primary mission is to sell more Apple products. 3. It reminded me of my high school class in 1940's where I learned about "planned obsolescence". 4. It humbled me by requiring me to relearn using the iMac, almost from scratch. 5. It keeps me in a quandary, wondering if a brand new iMac would be as troublesome as this refurbished one. 6. Watching movies or videos on this iMac almost makes the problems worth enduring.

This is a very quiet computer. I dont even know its there when im close to it because i dont hear any noise. Start up us fast and web seems to flow easily. This is my first mac and im still learning some of the fearures. If youre an iphone user its most beneficial because fratures are the same.
