I am not new to the imac and love the way this thing is built. Everything about it is slick and it works everytime. The only issue I have is that the speed/performance is not much better then my 2007 imac. It might be that I have to tweak some programs or settings but normally that is not needed with the apple OS systems. Overall a solid 4 stars.

I bought this Mac for my daughter to be able to do her schoolwork that had to be done online. So far this desktop has exceeded my expectations. My daughter is able to multitask with different work tasks without worry of waiting for the unit to process. It is fast and reliable and I would recommend this to someone with multitasking in mind.

This is a great desktop I was debating between a MacBook Air or an iMac , I'm glad I chose an iMac that's what worked best for me I also got it on sale back in December which was great!

The best desktop out there! It looks awesome in any office and very elegant. When I purchased this IMac I was more than satisfied with it. It works at a the best performance! Buy it!

I upgraded to an iMac from a very slow PC, and I'm very impressed! This iNac is FAST, the display is gorgeous, and it does everything I need for work. You won't be disappointed!

I am a truck driver and need a good computer for my business as well for entertainment. This pc fits the bill perfectly. It is big enough to watch my movies and compact enough to be able to easily transfer it from my truck to the house with no more effort than a laptop. It is durable enough to take on the rigerous abuse of bouncing down our so wonderfully smooth highways. You can't beat an Apple for quality. I have had two non Apple laptops that did not fair so well under the same circumstances. Great overall satisfaction with this recomendation of five stars if you want the best for the money.

9 years ago I decided to switch to Apple products and I couldn't have made a better decision. I am super thrilled with how the imac works and performs. I have basically had no problems with the same imac for 9 yrs!!!!! I only up graded because it has been 9 yrs. This new one works perfect and just like my now old one (2007) and I am thrilled and very happy. I have had a good experience with Best Buy, and have financed it with their credit card. I could not be happier with them and my online purchase. Shipping by UPS was a nightmare, I would prefer they use another more reliable deliverer.

I absolutely love my new iMac. It's fashionable and extremely functional. I didn't give it the 5th star because, unfortunately, Apple does not allow you to upgrade the RAM on this iMac. Very disappointed by that and decided to drop it a star. Otherwise, very pleased with the performance and the look.

I had been wanting to buy an iMac for years now but never could get myself to spend $1100 on something I didn't "need"...but it was definitely something I wanted! So when Black Friday 2015 rolled around and I saw iMac on sale for $899 plus an additional $100 off for students I just had to buy it! The product is extremely fast, for a normal user such as myself. I bought some home recording gear and started recording my first song and it went very smoothly with no interruptions from the processor. I'm super happy with this purchase and would definitely do it all over again!

It's definitely an upgrade to my old computer. This is not only full of technology in a compact design but also a lot of muscle when it comes to speed!

Life long PC user, grown tired of the constant driver updates, and blue screen of death. Finally made the switch to a Apple product. Very impressed.

Good deal on Black Friday. Works perfect for office work and school work. Speed is insane and internal sound speakers are good enough.

This is my first imac. I have always used windows. This computer has been so simple to use and navigate. I'm vey happy with making the change!

This definitely is not the fastest computer, but it works fine. Good starter if you want an Apple computer, but if you want speed at a low price, I'd go with a different brand. It's all personal choice. Some people love Apple. if you do, get it, if you're looking for speed, spend more or get a non-apple product. I use by two year old Lenovo computer because it's fast, even after two years. It was much cheaper than the iMac and it's faster still. I'd recommend to a friend if they want a low price Apple, but I wouldn't if they are looking for a low priced computer with speed.
