I have had this computer for about a month now. It has replaced my HP desktop. I have used PC's for about 10 years. This is a wonderful computer that is fun and very easy to use. It took about five minutes to set up including my router. The Internet connection was immediately recognized and working in seconds. The applications load very quickly and are all compatible with each other so there is seamless integration between all applications. If you need a picture or text to move from one app to another -- no problem, for the most part you just drag and drop. If you're a Mac fan, you'll love it. Works seamlessly with iTunes and all the latest electronic gadgets like iPods and video cameras.

This is out first apple computer and is great, very easy to use, fast and looks great.

I have been a PC guy my entire life. It took a great deal of pleading by my wife to convince me to buy a Mac. This computer is hands down the best computer I have ever owned. It is wonderfully user friendly, the display is breathtaking, and not having a modem with 4000 wires coming out of it is the best. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone looking to purchase a new system for work or school or for really anything that involves graphics because the resolution of this monitor is amazing.

I had a 2007 iMac and it was having problems up until now. I got this iMac as an upgrade for Christmas. The price was an excellent bargain. I found it to be smoother and easier to control. The monitor is thinner and the screen is bigger, unlike my '07 model. Even though the 07 model's mouse and keyboard had you to change out batteries every time it ran low, the mouse and keyboard upgrade is more effective now. The keyboard is now hooked up to the back of monitor and the mouse no longer needs battery changing. The cons I would say is that there's no external disk drive, wheras the 07 model had one. Luckily, I was able to transfer my illustrator & photoshop software, misc. applications and documents from my old model to the new one with no problems. I would recommend a friend to Best Buy if they're looking for a computer.

I bought my first Mac in 1983 and have stayed with it through its various permutations until the present time. Mac is user friendly, which I appreciate, and this iMac (my second) takes very little space on the desk. I didn't appreciate the changes Apple made to this version of the Imac, but am slowly being able to change them back to a configuration with which I am more familiar. It was a good price for a very good computer.

Awww... we’ve needed a new computer for such a long time!! We have all Apple products so figured we’d look at an Apple computer this time as previously it was an HP! It’s so nice and sharp looking! Wonderful to pair all our other devices which we couldn’t do before! Definitely recommend it. We used the geek service also and they’re fantastic too !

This is my first mac, never going back to a windows based system, so much better. This computer works flawlessly. This isn't the top of the line mac, although I have to say it still works better than any pc i've used. Used mainly for bills, online browsing, and some online gaming which it works great for. If you are looking for an budget friendly way to own a mac, this is it. Best purchase i've made in a long time.

My friends and family are hard core Mac users and I was a pc user. After several system crashes and trips to the shop I gave up and went iMac. I will never go back. My pc files transferred seamlessley from the cloud. I did have a bit of a learning curve but Apple live chat helped a lot. As an aside here, I love live chat because it's easy to communicate when the tech and the user have different primary languages and when the user is hearing impared. In additional to superior functionality, the iMac is asthetically attractive and has about half as many cords to deal with. The built in speakers have quality sound and an easy to manage volume control. The large screen makes it easy to split windows so several apps can be open at the same time thus reducing the need for additional monitors.

It's your typical Apple product, Well built, Beautiful, Works Great, Fast.... As long as you don't mind being locked into Apples box, you will love this computer. I use this computer professionally as a presentation computer in a auditorium and it handles all the video, ProPresenter, Keynote and other media elements I need it to run with ease and reliability.

I'd never return to the PC desktop world after knowing the quality of machines like the iMac. Great buy, indeed! It's so compact that it's hard to imagine what it was like to move around a huge tower back when I had a PC anymore. I can easily move my iMac around or even bring it downstairs if I have something to show on the bigger screen without hesitation.

I've been a loyal mac user since the 90's, but this.....I bought this computer on Black Friday 2015, and for a mere $800 no less. What a deal! It's not the fastest computer and that hurts, but it's still a great computer for the price. A whole different (and better) world than PC. Def recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-use computer.
