This is a good quality computer for a great price!

I bought this item on sale and didn't even consider the processor speed. It's a bit slower than expected. I would go with a faster processor.

Super easy set up out of the box. I am not a geek so I was dreading the startup but it couldn't be easier. Highly recommend apple to anyone.

A fantastic computer even at the base model. Very easy to set up and especially nice if you also have other Apple products such as IPad or IPhone. Had to update to newest version of OSX Sierra (came with El Capitan), but that didn't take long at all. Love the cordless keyboard and mouse that come with it.

Wish I would have gotten the next grade up. Works fine for home use, but it lags when Photoshopping or using other imaging software.

This was for my grandfather who was not familiar with computers. He struggled with learning but ultimately it did what he needed.

Computer was a bit difficult to set up but Apple Online Support was great.Too bad Best Buy does not provide the free support needed to transfer files from our old computer to this newer one. If this computer would have been purchased at an Apple Store, this service would have been provided for free.

This computer works great for business apps and general computing. I don't do anything intense like gaming or video editing so I chose not to max out the specs, it is wonderful for the price and much more stable computing as we have come to expect from Apple. Took a little while to download the OS upgrade. Still have issues using the transfer software that is supposed to make it simple to move your PC files over to the MAC. Luckily I have an external drive and plenty of other PCs in the house if I need old files.

I purchased this iMac for my wife, and she is literally in love with. It completes our "office." She loves the wireless keyboard and finds the connectivity of all our Apple products easily linked with on another. It was easy for her to transfer her files from her older Macbook to the new iMac.

Needed a new computer. Always bought Dell in the past. But after buying a iPod, a iPad, and iPhone, it was time to buy a iMac. Love how they work together. Also like the wireless mouse and keyboard that came with my iMac. And Best Buy was easy to work with using their web site and delivery.

I have purchased a number of these computers before. They are an all around great computer. The specs on the computer live up to its performance. This particular computer came with the new mouse and the new keyboard. Although I don't like the new butterfly style keys, it's OK. If you are a typist, this keyboard is not for you. I actually prefer something with a bit more tactile feedback. As far as the mousr goes, it's a pretty nice device. The only thing I don't like about it is the charging port on the bottom.

Our children insisted that I purchase an iMac because of their experience with Apple products. I too would recommend it to others.

My wife does design work so she loves Mac computers. We bought this one for the kids because it's so intuitive and we didn't want to have to worry about viruses. The boys have iPads so they'll learn more than the computer basics; they'll learn a little about connectivity and the cloud.

My new I-Mac is more than what I was expecting. I am in Apple heaven. The double agent Geek Squad Chad was excellent and has me set up far better than I could have hoped for. I am so happy with the computer and more than satisfied with the help I got from Chad. Best Buy is the best !

We found this on the open box section shelves. We went to Best Buy to use our bonus rewards and left with this and an iWatch!

Good machine - but not so good for video editing. it's for beginners and for people who just started with a MAC to learn.

iMac is very easy to use, although apple mail takes some learning. In general, the help function is not all that helpful.

new to MAC. Love the product look. Learning simple things like how to copy and paste.

We are mac users and this computer is great! The screen is a good size and the cordless mouse and keyboard are awesome.

I went into the lorna linda location and the employees were so helpful. I was able to use my student discount on this item and it brought the price down even more. It also dropped in price a week after i purchased so i was able to get a price adjustment. Score. Love Best buy
