Had to get use to it since I am usually familiar with microsoft but apple is easy to use

I love the computer, but El Capitan is probably the worse OS I've experienced. It freezes tremendously.

It was gift and it was easy to setup/use. Te pic is mainly used for photo editing.

This is the second Mac computer I have owned. The first one was purchased in 2008 and served me very well. Looking for the same service out of this one. Also very pleased with the process of dealing with Best Buy.

Top of the line as are all Apple products. I was told I would not have any payments for a year but was sent a bill for $25 which I will have to pay each month. Not what was stated by the salesman at the store, disappointing.

DVDs is not working easy and photo is not loaded successfully I will not do that again

Exactly what was needed. Excellent screen size and ability to complete work on.

A little bit of a learning curve coming from a PC environment, but a nice product.

I love this thing! It keeps me from having to have my phone attached to my hip so I can chase my 3 babies around ! It does have some glitches though! The voice texting doesn't always work and I wish you could go a further distance from your phone without losing connection! Also a camera in it would be awesome! I'm sure all these things will be worked out eventually ! Totally worth the money!

Bought it on a Thanksgiving 2015. No problems till now and just working great.

Bought a 21 inch iMac on Black Friday online. It literally took a few taps on my phone and the next thing I know, it's on my doorstep! Great job, Best Buy! Couldn't have asked for a more fast and simple experience.

You never go wrong with a mac computer, really comfortable feel and user friendly.

Overall and awesome computer it starts up quickly and loads up fast. It's got pages which is like microsoft word but its free so yeah. This desktop doesn't make the annoying fan noise like other ones do I love it

We were hesitant to switch from a PC to an IMac but we love this desktop. Very easy to learn with a small footprint on the desk. Great screen resolution, easy setup. Lots of free resources if you have questions.

I use essentially the same computer for work and was looking for one to have at home to do work, and to allow us to store personal pictures and documents. So far it has been good. I do get tired of the fairly frequent updates required, but it is still better than my experiences with PCs in that regard. If you like Apple products, you will be happy with this desktop computer.

The iMac continues to be the best all in one desktop experience. With the stunning display and the wireless keyboard and mouse, the Black Friday deal is more of a steal. I would defiantly purchase this again.

Great entry level IMAC. My only regret is not getting the bigger size.

Bought this to replace a rather old Mac (8 years old!). Nice that I didn't have to pay extra to get an office package this time, it's now included. It will take a while to get used to the new versions of the programs. I only gave it 4 stars because I had to purchase an external drive for CDs and DVDs.

I felt I got the best and it is all I need, glad to have this new MAC

We are very unsophisticated users and very pleased with the new Mac. It has not taken long to transition from pc. Geek Squad set it up and all has been smooth.
