Actually I’ve purchased the upscaled version of this desktop having the 27” screen with 3.8 GHz and 2 TB’s and absolutely love it! I’ve been sticking with Apple for many years and will continue to do so. I love every feature that this desktop has to offer without going into detail so if you’re in the market to buy a desktop and have the extra $$, I would highly recommend this product! Thank you so much, Apple!

My first Apple computer. I switched from a Windows 10 to Mac. I am glad I did. This computer is fast and looks very neat on my desk. I got tired of all of the Window 10 updates and my computer was 8 years old. I wanted something different that would be fast in booting up and this one is exactly what I was looking for. The screen resolution is AWESOME! I have no complaints so far.

I replaced my wife’s 10 yr old iMac with a new and improved model and she absolutely loves the speed and the new design/aesthetics. The wireless keyboard and mouse are also nice additions as it keeps everything very clean.

I was about to pick up a similar order at an Apple Store further away but decided to drop by the BestBuy store. The online inventory didn't show having this model in stock but when I arrived they had not only the model I was looking for, they had the model with a faster processor at a lower price than Apple. I got a better product for no extra cost and saved myself a lot of driving. My intuition was right, better check Best Buy first!

3.4 GHz Fusion Drive, 8GB RAM, 21.5" screen. My first iMac desktop puter. My wife and I have had iPhones since the 4 came out. She got a Macbook Air 3 years ago and I got a Macbook Pro 2 years ago. Stepping up our desktop game from a Lenovo all-in-one to this beast was a smart move. Yes it costs twice or more what the other PCs cost, but the 4K retina display is so much better on our aging eyes (35 is old, right?), and the processor speed and startup speed is amazing. The screen is also raised a few inches from other screens so we don't need a monitor riser or anything, but some taller people might still want a riser. We are not gamers - it's mostly used for researching/writing (education and teaching), taxes, video calling, and browsing the internet. I did choose the fusion drive after reading reviews which basically said the fusion drive was a good step up from the regular drive and still better than spending another $800 for a solid state drive if I really didn't need it, and I don't. I love the SSD on my Macbook Pro, but that is where it is useful, with a laptop. With the iMac, we hooked up a non-UHD HP monitor for a second screen and you can definitely notice a difference in display quality. I'll invest in a 4K monitor once my 12-month financing is paid off for this iMac.

Gave me more storage and USB ports than My Macbook Pro that died on me. The Best Buy associate was very nice and knowledgable. It loads fast and its easy to use. Its very sleek and works well with my layout. Best upgrade, I was questioning getting another Macbook for my home studio but this is great. Only wish It had the option to purchase with a mouse or trackpad, as i prefer the trackpad and you don't get all the options when clicking the mouse as you would with a trackpad. So you have to spend another $120+ on one if you like them. I'm happy with the investment and Best Buy came through in the clutch! If you like Mac you will love this computer.

Easy to use and fast processing. The 27 inch screen allows me to open multiple windows for viewing. 3.06 GHz processor is much faster than my last mac that is just a few years old. 4GB of storage is excellent. The graphic upgrades are also a bonus. Shopping at Best Buy beats shopping at the Apple store, hands down. Lots less noise and much more individualized attention.

I bought this iMac to replace an older model iMac. The set up and transfer of my files on my old iMac was easy. The size is smaller and less bulky and the screen and picture quality is much better than my old model. The processor and storage make this the perfect size for my needs.

I use a 27” iMac from 2010 with an i7 processor and to this day we have no issues. My wife uses it for work everyday... anyways I bought this 21” for my mom and for what it’s worth .... she LOVES it! She’s a first time Mac user. While I showed her how to set it up, she realized how user friendly it is. The display is beautiful, and is powerful. My 27 (2010 model) takes batteries in the mouse and keyboard but hers is rechargeable. She has no complaints yet. She just bought herself an iPad and now wants to get rid of her pixel phone and go with an iPhone. I think she’s an official Apple user now!

2 years ago I helped my sister buy an iMac 21.5inch without retina. After 2 years of moderate use, her iMac has been kicking it and performing well as though it just came out of the box. From then I knew that my next desktop was also going to be an iMac (last time I had a desk top was over 10 years ago) even though I've been a PC person all my life. The most difficult part about setting up was taking the iMac out of the box. Other then that, everything else was easy. The issues with other desktops are the bulkiness and multiple wires, which was NOT the case with this iMac. Just one plug in and everything was running smoothly. The retina does make a difference in compared to my sister's old imac, to which she even asked me if I got a bigger screen then hers. Videos are crisp and clean. And the sound is impeccable. Before this I was using my 4 year old HP Spectre laptop which could not match the sound from this beast. The sound clarity rivals my bose soundlink speaker (which may have to retire now). Definitely one of the better investments I had made this year. I would like to also thank Sales Associate Kevin James (Houston and Broadway location in NYC) for helping me with this transaction. Unfortunately this iMac was sold out by the time I got to the location, but Kevin helped shipped it to my apartment and I received it 2 days later. So thanks Kevin!
