PROS. It's all that they advertise. Speed! Beautiful Graphics Display! Programs that I use are already installed! If I need another program, there's a lot of free Apps from Apple! Beautiful Computer! Tech support is great. CONS. Keyboard sucks. Has no computer power on indicater / light. Being a newbie to Mac it would have been nice to have an users manual instead of having to surf the apple community for answers. Within the first week of purchase I've gotten TWO Scams about my Apple ID being compromised. I reported these to Apple. All in all I'm saying that I'm very impressed. Thank you all at Apple for your dedicated people.

I struggled with the price of this but after using it for a bit, I can say that it was worth the price. Ease of use and the ability to go between phone, tablet and computer makes this product a great investment.

Recommend this product for college students and workers

I was leery about getting a Mac computer after years of Windows. However, I found it to be very new-user friendly. I downloaded the instruction book to I books and can refer to it when I have a problem.

This is a great one piece I would suggest it to anyone.

Easy to set up and create numerous profiles/user. Had some trouble getting the Facetime and Imessage to connect, but very simple and easy to use/navigate. Doesn't take up my space either.

Bought the Apple for my husband to replace a windows based computer he was using. Knew it would be easier for him as he loves his iPad. We love it. Much easier to use and less updating.

This is the best quality and best performing Apple product I have ever owned. This computer has a plethora of wonderful features and information, plus the retina 4K display is incredibly beautiful.

There’s something about having a desktop in the house that just makes working from home easier!!! The picture and audio quality is second to none!! I’m so pleased with my purchase!!!

Have owned this iMac for two months. Has taken some getting use too. Used a Windows notebook for several years. So moving from that platform to this is not a meager transition. However, with the retinal display, 21.5 monitor size, it offers speed and precision. I am considering loading Office 365 for Word, Publisher, etc. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this investment.

This is an amazing computer, I was intent on not becoming an apple customer and have been using PC for years. However I was exhausted with PC issues and not having enough processing power to do graphic design and music production. Also Apple has exclusive access to Figure 53 QLab which I need for work. Anyway, I have had no issues so far and I have been using this computer for 6 months. I have traveled with it as well, I would advise getting a Gator case for this if it will not remain stationary. It's a sturdy computer but mishandling can damage it, trust me, I learned this first hand. Last thing, IT'S CHEAPER THAN THE LAPTOPS, no brainer for me.

I needed something more powerful than a Mac Mini to edit photos to be output to a direct to garment (fabric) printer. This model of iMac is a great choice for me and I even got it on sale!

This iMac is possibly the best choice for a family computer. It’s easy to use for everyone, easy to manage, and is secure. In addition you can get all of your iPhone data synced thanks to macOS!

Purchased as a Christmas present for the whole family. Each member has their own profile on the computer. Able to access photos and items saved on my iPhone with ease. Love it.

I just bought a 21 inch iMac. I was shocked to find out my old iMac was from 2001! It was ready to bite the dust. My new iMac offers so much more than the old one. I would recommend it to everyone!

I've enjoyed getting to know and experience the the new iMac. The screen imagery is phenomenal and the speed is tremendous. I've been waiting for this updated version and it was definitely worth the wait.

Great computer! Apple care is great and very helpful. We made a switch from a windows computer to the iMac since everything else we have is apple. We are very pleased with the iMac.
