I got this computer to store majore files and for my photo storage mainly, but also to do some office work. I am not too familiar with Macintosh software, so My opinion is biased as I am a windows user but it appears not to be user friendly at times. The big screen is helpful and great it all fits on the monitor, but would like for a more user friendly software. Seemed pricy too, but apple is pricey to begin with but I trust their products. Hopefully I get more use to it but for now it is fine.

I really think they need to do better with the peripherals. In particular the connectivity falls off. And also the mouse is ridiculously designed with a charge port at the bottom that leaves the device out of commission. Also, I’m not sure that all users understand the cryptic hidden functionality of the magic mouse.

Great computer faster than expected great computer

speed is good...but this model seems to be transitional, and therefore some older software works poorly, or not at all...takes some getting used to...

I had an iMac for the last 10 years, and thought that getting this new one would be an improvement, but it's really much the same. I miss the CD drive as well.

We bought this computer for our business and it is great! Monitor is a nice size and wireless mouse is a plus! We love all the features of this apple all in one! Great for family and business use and space savings too..l would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great product

The product is outstanding. Had to wait nearly a month though to get the correct serial number on the receipt as Apple would not activate it's 3 year protection plan until then. Had to bring box into so customer service can return item then reissue it with correct serial number.

Wow, this computer is amazing! I had a 10-year old Mac that was still decent, but decided to upgrade, and am so glad I did. I absolutely love it! The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I got it for less than I would have directly from Apple. I love Apple products and love Best Buy!
