Bought many computers in the past including a macbook 3 years ago. That macbook with less hardware perfomance blows this thing away. Tried to install windows using bootcamp. Constantly corrupted the install. Gave up after repairing 4 times. Reverted back to apple only. Only installed apps are Dashlane, google backup and sync. Slowest PC and most expensive PC I have ever owned. Also disappointed in Best Buys return policy. I tried to make this work and extended beyond their policy. Have no clue why people rate this computer well. I think you'd be happier with an old macbook. I looked into upgrading the RAM and 1TB Fusion drive and it's a huge pain in the butt. Probably will do so to see if that helps... For about another 400 dollars. Making this system rediculously expensive.

The computer is great for personal usage. However it is not good for business purposes.

This computer is basically 2 years old I returned it and got a gaming PC. Couldn't be happier

Great product to use for photo editing and video editing. Hard to upgrade ram manually.

My keyboard does not lay flat assuming that is a manufacturer error

I have had my imac for close to a month now and I love it. it is fast and has the best display of any machine I've owned. My 2 complaints are very minor. 1) I don't like where they put the charging port on the magic mouse. It means If I'm charging my mouse I have to do it at night. Just odd placement to me. 2) This is my own fault. Changing out the RAM on the 21.5 inch is way too involved. If you want to upgrade your RAM jump up to the 27 inch display. I'm keeping my RAM at 8 gb. Too much of a pain to try and upgrade on the 21.5 inch imac.

it was good. I enjoy the product. what all else do I need to type in this box to submit it.

I bought my first iMac after getting high reviews from my fellow photographer friends. I have had trouble since day 1 trying to get it connected to our WiFi. All other devices in our house connect easily. I was chatting with an Apple Tech for two hours today and still can’t get it to connect. I have to take it to the Apple Store tomorrow to get it fixed.
