Not pleased with purchase Something is wrong with the graphics card.

The computer does its job but it definitely needs improvement

The WiFi hardware failed after just one year. Very disappointed considering it's Apple and have owned other iMacs prior to this one. Luckily, I'm able to use an ethernet cable to connect to the internet.

Bought to use for a crafting business, the software keeps kicking me off. Seems like it doesn’t stay connected to my home internet very well.

Do not buy this. We connected our phones through Apple and the memory filled up day one. Since then the system has been glitchy even when we deleted and freed up half the space. It’s nice and does what you need but save one thing and it’s basically full of memory. For the price Apple trippin! No diss to Best Buy they just the seller.

I am not so happy with this purchase. I wish I had bought a laptop instead, as they have better performance.

This is the first iMac I've ever purchased. I like to fiddle with tech stuff and Apple's proprietary design just didn't do it for me in the past but I thought I'd give it a whirl after so many years of using a PC (which I still love). The iMac looks great from its design to the 4k screen, and you pay for it. The magic keyboard is slick but lacks back lighting which forces me to turn on the light when working away at night (my eyes ain't what they used to be). The graphics are... nice, not real powerful but... nice. The HDD is terrible. Do yourself a favor and boot from an external SSD. So much FASTER! Be aware about being able/unable to upgrade the RAM in the smaller/larger models. You're stuck with what you buy in the smaller model. All in all, a good computer, especially for those who really don't want to ever open it up or want to upgrade the machine in the future. I like how it works with the iphone. Too bad Apple doesn't seem to have an interest in playing nice with android. Overall, I think it is a good purchase if you're not looking for a powerhouse/gaming system.

I will never buy an open box Apple again from Best Buy. The queek squad sucks. The warranty sucks. They could not help me and told me to go to the Apple store. But it was still under warranty.

These macs are horrible. Apple tries to control everything you do on it. You need to pay for apps that run apps. Returned it the same day.

This product has a beautiful fresh look to it and the pixels have nothing to hold back. It is wonderfully compatible with the Wacom Tablet. I would recommend for others to purchase this, especially if they are into the fine arts.

Could not use whatsap, it was to slow to transferring pictures from my new usb to PC very slow . Not happy at all with it

the apple store said there was a glitch and everything had to be replaced

I finally spent the money on an Apple iMac. Look at it as an investment. They are so smooth and fast. That 4K screen is just....wow. Great for video and photo editing. This model is very powerful. My only complaint is the keyboard is way too small and should be back-lit. I fixed that by buying an aftermarket keyboard (AZIO MK MAC USB Mechanical Keyboard for Mac) for a small fee. BestBuy in Cuyahoga Falls, OH treated me very well, indeed.

I love this computer, it really works out. Love it.

My old iMac started running slow so I upgraded to this model. It is way faster! It has crisp clean display!
