Fantastic customer support from Apple n' Best Buy.

The computer handles most tasks quite well, except for the small keyboard that comes with it. No number pad makes it inefficient for office use.

I was hesitant to pay this much for a computer, however it's worth every penny. I've always been a PC person, but this iMac is a superior product

This computer is cool, but kind of slow at times. You would think in this day and age computers would be faster. Oh well. I still like it alot.

I was told Apple is easy. Still not comfortable using this product. Would only recommend to a friend if they want to try something mentally taxing.

APPLE IS A GOOD PRODUCT- I ALWAYS HAD A DELL BEFORE AND WANTED TO GET AN APPLE. I AM STILL LEARNING HOW TO USE THE APPLE.

Speed isn't terrific. Probably would have gone with the faster model, but it works for what we need it to do. Otherwise product is good.

I'm disappointed that Microsoft Office was not installed properly. I'll have to bring my computer by Best Buy again to get it installed.

Took awhile to get used to a different set up but I think it is worth the effort to change to a Mac.

At your own home, you need keep login with user name and password every time when open and close the computer. Really do not like the mouse.

This is my second Apple computer in 8 years. The first one lasted for 8 years and I anticipate that this one will do the same.

I record music and this version really opened the power and expanded my capabilities. Another benefit is using to watch quality TV.

Works wonderfully has great security options and all family gets their own profile - love the time limit set up for kids also

Does have USB, card reader and all we need from a laptop. Very lightweight. Very sharp corner and sometimes got my arms scratched

I have an IPad and MacBook. It's great to start a project on one and use hand off to finish or work on it using another device

I was looking for a computer for my daughter to take to college. A mac seemed like a good low maintenance solution. She likes it.

I was looking for a computer that was clean, and wireless.

It is not an easy journey to go from PC to iMac. Taking longer than we want and doing things like making mailing labels is awful
