This computer had a very easy step by step set up.

it's the first time to use it, but is fine i like it

I have built computers for years and like Windows PCs but got tired of the constant changes, upgrades and bugs, so I she'll out the money for a Mac. Boy am I glad I did! What a great device. It is worth every penny from the sound to the screen and the ease of use. I will still use a PC in addition to a Mac for now, but after it dies, no more Windows for me, and I have built Windows machines for years. Do not hesitate. It is worth the money and will out last any PC because Apple custom designs its operating system to be top notch ,and its hardware quality is unmatched.

Hard to use when you been with windows. And other products don't link well that are not apple products.

So I have always had Windows computers and I wanted something different and I also wanted something that was going to be well built and easy to maintain. (no I'm not a "dumb pc user" I have programmed in a Windows environment for a long time. I have purchased Windows computers with the same price tag, but not of this quality. Everything is so easy to use and synced up so well. I have my messages from a few different sources including Facebook so friends and family can reach me (which is like a feature on Linux environments.) Everything from the mouse and keyboard to the screen is just amazing. I was actually blown away by the speakers because I have always had to by speakers for my computers and the speakers have such a good range of sound and I use professional studio monitors by JBL for music production. Of course they're not rattling the windows, but they're great! The e-mail client is easier to use than outlook and it makes you actually WANT to use it. It is similar to Thunderbird on Ubuntu. I rated it 5 stars I don't understand why you would rate it 4 stars because it's not a 4k. It's not like that was a surprise, it also doesn't include a fusion drive, but it's still plenty fast for my needs.

I have always been satisfied with all my Apple products. This was my first IMAC. Was very disappointed when the screen went black and stopped working only after about 4 weeks and 3-4 uses.

Slow, unfriendly. They have changed names for features that are the same, which simply creates irritation. Very short period of planned obsolescence. My last Mac.

Purchased this because I have all apple products and it seems good so far just a little harder to use than a Microsoft product which I was use to in the past

pretty disappointing so far. The learning curve is much harder than expected switching from a PC to MAC. Will probably go back to a PC for our 2nd computer.

Same iMac quality as others, but lacking speed. OEM hard drive is slow. I will need to upgrade to a solid state hard drive to increase speed.

This is a great iMac if you don't require a fast rig. The 5400 rpm drive makes it slow, but if that's all you can afford, go for it.

I was surprised that pages wasn't downloaded on my computer. Not knowing anything about this computer, I had to bring it in.

Love my Apple Computer, large screen, easy to set-up

This PC was too slow for the cost and review. I expected much better performance. I returned it for a All in One Dell.

Received this computer and purchased as an "inspected" product from best buy (open box). The fan on the computer ran constantaly and other functionalities seemed "off". We took it to Apple and they said it was a complete defect. The board and the sensors were damaged. They saw that we just purchased it and even purchased Apple Care so they replaced. (They didnt have to since we purchased from Best Buy!). We ended up having to purchase a new Apple Care plan so I am seeking reimbursement from BB. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
