For the last two years I've been researching computers. Our PC died about 2 years ago and we needed to replace the home computer. We weren't sure if we wanted to stick to PC or MAC but after several trips to Best Buy and online debates we decided to go with the 21in all in one mac. Wanted the 27 in but my budget didn't allow for it. We went in 11/25 and talked to Rian who was knowledgeable and helpful. We wanted to think about it so we took another week, went back 12/3 and decided to buy it. Nate the sales guy, also knowledgeable and friendly helped answer some questions and checked us out. I got home and was able to set up my new Mac in less than 10 minutes. Taking it out of the box was the hardest part. I taught my husband how to use it in less than 5 minutes. Easy set up, user friendly and stylish. Great resolution as well. Can't wait to get more use out of it.

I have always had Windows computers like Dell or HP, but this is my first time buying an Apple. And I am so in love!!! I have the 3.1GHz and it is super fast. Surfing the internet or emailing has been a breeze. Easy to setup and quick to get used to. I would recommend anyone buying an Apple computer. I can't say enough about how happy I am with this computer! Love it! Love it! Love it! Go buy one!

Picked this up for my wife to replace her 2009 iMac 21.5. It is really nice computer and will handle most anything she tasks it to - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. My only wish is that it came with a better hard drive - 5400rpm is slow by today's standards. I did notice a little lag at times when setting it up for her. But, then again, I'm using a SSD drive in my daily driver. The new Apple mouse and keyboard are a nice improvement. Overall, she's very happy.

Bought the iMac to replace a very old Apple G5 because it couldn't keep up with technology (wouldn't connect to online web meetings!), so the difference is fantastic! Still haven't played around all of the features yet but I'm downloading my wedding video right now to try and use the iMovie. Nice to have a wireless keyboard and mouse (but I do miss the side numbers keyboard). The large screen with built in camera was essential for me! The ONLY downside (which is why it didn't get that 5th *) is that it would not connect to my Lexmark 6600 series printer so I have to buy a new printer now too even though it works fine.

Bought the IMAC 27 inch on 5/12/16. Had the latest i7 chip. Computer is fast and works well with my needs. It is compact. I am glad apple took the CDDVD drive out of IMAC. Took up space. My sister was in the market and I sold her on a new IMAC.

This new iMac replaced an older version and it is still the best desktop computer there is. Nothing comes close to Apple design esthetic and ease of use. Macs just make sense.

I finally took the plunge switching to an iOS system from Windows and couldn't be happier. The interface is easy and intuitive to use. Definitely would recommend.

As my first Mac, this works great. I got it open boxes and have no problems whatsoever. It's fast, it's easy. Great product

I love the hardware of my mac, software took time to adjust to. I have had it for 15 months and the hard drive fried. I have to pay $387 plus recuping my data. Very disappointed :( I did not purchase the EXTENDED warranty because afterall....everyone says Mac's are GREAT - NOT.

I have used Apple computers all my life, I had the tangerine iMac, the blue laptop, a white laptop in high school and my iMac that got me through college which I still have. I recently had my computer diagnosed to make sure it was running smoothly and with over 5000 pictures, and 23 days worth of music on my computer the Apple tech agent said I hadn't even used half of my memory. It runs amazingly quick and streams videos quickly. My favorite part was having an external hard drive with the lightning port which helps move files quicker. I wish more companies would adapt this because it processes items quicker than a USB cord. It came with a mouse but I prefer the track pad which you have to purchase separately but it's well worth it. The batteries for the keyboard and trackpad (which have to be charged) last a long time so that shoudn't be a concern. I love the display and I've seen the larger one, this one is perfect but if you can and it's a NEED, go ahead and get the larger screen! At work I use Microsoft platform products but it's such a relief to come home to my Apple computer because it runs so much smoother and has no reandom hiccups. If you're reading this and on the fence of whether or not to try the Apple computer try it out at the retail locations and enjoy. You won't be disappointed.

Purchased this new iMac to replace an older 2010 model that was starting to die. This new Mac seems faster than the older model. I just wish they put real graphic cards in them at this level like they used to and not the integrated cards from Intel . Other than that is good.

I have Macbook Pro w SSD for stunning speed. The 1T @ 5400 rpm is slow booting but with 3.0 ghz it's fine for email, WORD, surfing web my primary purpose. I do have an external SSD for music recording...works great. But I wish I had gotten the Fusion drive because Macs are the best made and last for years.

The price tag matches the product! Love my Mac and I got very good service at Best Buy. Left one star out because the IMac is not 4K but still looks stunning.

I am SO happy with the his computer. It is light and easy to install! It is very fast and easy to use! Even my husband who has never used a Mac was able to figure it out!! I am VERY happy!

Apple is the best. Switched from galaxy to iphone. Then got wife and kids ipads. Then decided need pc so I got this imac. Now everything is apple in my house. Everything times 5. Thanks best buy. Even got coupons, price match, reward money. Ordered online and picked up in store. Couldn't have been easier. Best service and best price usually dont go together , but at Best Buy it does.

Runs super smooth and is perfect for my small business. I am able to multitask on it efficiently and run all the programs that I need to.

What can I say , it's an Apple. Took me about a week to get use to after being with Microsoft for over 15 years.

I love it! The sound is incredible! It performs like all of my other Apple products...looks great too!
