My wife and I purchased this to replace our eight year old Lenovo laptop. Not only does it look great on our desk, but it really functions well! Coming from a PC, I was impressed with the easy transition. There are still a few things I'm fumbling around to totally understand in the Mac OS, but overall, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend. Also a great price for a Mac product.0

Finally bought an iMac after being a long time Windows user. Very pleased with ease of set up and the complete lack of junk programs that seem to come with every Windows PC I've ever bought. I really like the fact that my iPad and iPhone work seemlessly together. I can snap a pic on my phone and it goes automaticly up on both the iPad & iMac and I can take phone calls from the Mac or iPad.

This computer has all the features I was looking for. Easy to set up. Reliable.

The amazing thing about Apple is how much time they spend on the details. Transporting, opening, configuring and using the product was simple because someone who actually used the product must have been involved in designing the product. Kudos for taking a normally painful experience and making it fun.

Knowing fully well that Mac computers are generally great, I had always been a windows OS person. Skeptical about the challenges during the conversion process, I resisted to get into the Mac world. But I must say, it wasn't too bad at all. If anything, it is well worth the few pains here and there until fully converted.

After using a windows pc for over 20 years I decided to buy this IMAC. What a great system. Good bye windows forever.

So far, so good. Only had it a less than a month. Easy set up. Transferring files through a program took forever and doing so, created 4 users. Had to go back to factory settings. Used external hard drive to transfer files. I WAS WRONG....I thought that all my apps would show up on my iMac from my iPhone. Rooky mistake. Wish I bought the larger screen. But, this is doable.

Everybody expects an Apple product to be user friendly, well designed and quality built. This iMac fits the bill. A very nice unit. My complaints: not as fast as I thought it would be; no "on" light to indicate if the iMac is sleeping. Other than these minor complaints, this is a fine product and highly recommended.

After my divorce, I had no choice but to purchase PC's when I needed a computer. After eight years and two computers later, I'd had it. Returning to Apple had made my life easier in all facets of what the computer is able to do. No, it's not the high end model; however, unless you're truly jumping into multiple programs running at the same time, you'll never regret purchasing a MAC.

As my windows laptop was dying a slow and painful death I decided it was time for a new computer. My husband has the very same Mac and has been very pleased with it. It took a little getting used to...about 10 minutes...but I'm comfortable with it now. It is VERY easy to learn to use. I recommend it to anyone that is ready to move into the stability and ease of use a Mac provides.

Great product! The sales associate at Best Buy South Park Meadows Austin really educated me on the newest iMac desktop and it's loaded! Definitely a Best Buy!

We intended to make our purchase during a sales promotion. Your printed brochure advertised an affordable product at a discounted price. When speaking with a sales associate they explained that Best Buy had discontinued the line. We felt 'forced' to buy the more expensive computer then to get the performance we wanted. At checkout, we were not able to confirm the 10% back in rewards sale promotion was honored. Since then, it has taken numerous phone calls with Best Buys' corporate office (overseas and domestic) to confirm, activate, and merge two accounts that work to see my credit account status and reward value. The entire purchase experience has been a fiasco at Best to Buy a simple computer.

So happy with this product from it's sleek design to modern size and shape.

I love the fact that my Mac is easy to use and I love the size of the screen.

Meets my needs for home use. Works better than Microsoft computers. The security program is better than my previous program and was included with the purchase.

Purchased solely for sound editing as I did not want a computer to get in the way of managing large amounts of data. This mac did not and will not disappoint!
