I got this computer to replace a PC that I had for several years. The setup was easy and I was up and running in no time at all. There was a bit of a learning curve switching from the Windows to the Mac operating system, but now that I am over that bump it is great. I really like how seamlessly it interacts with my iPhone (calendar, contacts, etc..). So far, I really like this computer.

I did not have the biggest problem, the only thing I got was a date to pick it up and it was delayed for 3 days, but the staff took care of me

2nd iMac. Works fine. Fast and easy to use. Apple care a must. Very pleased

I like all of the wireless things like the magic mouse and keyboard. I also like that the computer itself is wireless. It is taking some time switching from a windows computer to the IMAC. As for pricing, it had everything plus more than the windows computers. I figured I would give it a try. So far, so good.

This is our first Mac. It was quite daunting to switch from a PC, but this machine is so easy to use. It practically sets itself up! Complimentary Apple Care is a welcome change from the Dell days of tech support. Pleasant representatives, eager to help. This is my wife's new computer and she couldn't be happier. I'm thinking of a total conversion to Apple products.

While seems a lot of people buy laptops these days, we still enjoy the desktop all in one. Love the big screen and resolution is beautiful. I had been an Windows person but now enjoy the Apple products. Still learning to use, but not hard to understand. Apple support has been excellent in answering my questions. Geek squad does a good job too. I would recommend this product.

Bought this IMac to replace a 10yr old Imac which NEVER had a problem. Only reason why I made this purchase because the old one was no longer upgradeable!

Just like any Apple product, this iMac is made with stunning attention to detail and quality. I absolutely adore this iMac, and do not have one negative thing to say about. This fits in perfectly into a family filled with iPads, iPhones, MacBooks, and so on. I would recommend this for anyone looking to leave Windows behind, or looking to upgrade an older iMac or MacBook.

My favorite thing about this computer is how family friendly it is. There are plenty of security features so the kids aren't being brought to inappropriate web sites also you can create different users for them each with their allotted time for the day then it kicks them out for the remainder of the day.

Computer and DVD drive have been great. Some glitches on price, different than when purchased. Most fixed at pickup (+), one had to be fixed through customer support. Colma store was very good at pick-up, SSF store manager less good on billing for "free" software. On-line support on same issue was great.

Gorgeous design, quick functioning desktop. I'd recommended it to anyone.

Got this as a gift for my parents and they absolutely loved it! The display is beautiful and the computer is extremely fast! Would definitely recommend!
