This is my first mac, switching from windows for the first time, been an iPhone/ipad user for a few years. I have to say I am very pleased with the change. I would definitely not go back to windows after owning this mac. It is so easy to use. i couldn't be more pleased.

After two Windows computers died on me in the same month, I had enough of Microsoft and switched to Mac. I am probably the only person in the US that has never owned an Apple anything before. I had used them during college in the early '00s when they still used discs that you ejected by throwing them in the trashcan icon and they were not compatible with a lot of things. This is a million years away from that. Even the box is impressive. I love the mouse and keyboard. I haven't had to charge them yet and it's been over a week. Even my 4 year old printer connected to it with no problems. I'm still learning a lot about this computer but it functions so smoothly, I can't believe I didn't get one sooner. It's so quite and sleek and has more than enough power to do what I need it to do. The only issue I do have with it is that the usb ports are on the back and thus a little hard to access but that is such a minor complaint.

Been so easy to use, hasn't had any issues with it freezing like our old computer.

I absolutely love this computer. It is very easy to use and the screen is beautiful to look at. It is also extremely fast. It is so much faster than my laptop was.

ease of use , superb human factors engineering, no extra security package, no bombing adds, excellent quality manufacturing. windows machines are only cheaper but quality is more important over the long run. my daughter 10 year old apple is better than windows 10.

Not a difficult choice when selecting a desktop computer. I've been an IMac user for more than 25 years. The El Capitan version has more 'bells and whistles' than I'll ever use. Easy to set up and use.

Wow! this was so easy to set up, it basically did everything for me, connected to my wifi, even found my charter email account when charter told me I was going to have to enter in all sorts of secure information...didn't expect anything less from apple though.

If I had know using a Mac is as simple as it is, I would have switched years ago!! I didn't realize that half my computer problems wasn't me, it was Windows! And for the record I did not like Windows10 at all!! Apple, you have gained another loyal customer!!

We absolutely love the Mac. We haven't regretted it a bit since our purchase. How easily it connects with our other Apple devices just adds to the enjoyment and simplicity. It took a little adjusting to get used to how the Macs work but not a problem.

This is my third iMac. Great graphics, speed, and easy to use wireless keyboard and mouse. Easy set-up and connection with a printer and other devices.

With Natalie's assistance, I was advised that I could take advantage of a flash sale that had just started, which ultimately made my purchase decision, along with the product reviews of a Mac computer. The size and capacity was perfect for my needs.

Purchased this iMac for my mother whose Microsoft based computer had stopped working. Easy to setup and transfer items from the old to this one. Easy to use. Just takes some getting used to from always using a Microsoft format to an Apple.

I have been waiting a few years for this computer. I have wanted one for awhile now, but had to save for it...it was worth the wait! I love this computer. So easy to use, powerful and fast, can download pc games on to it with no problems, the keyboard and mouse are Bluetooth/wireless so you literally can be anywhere within range, like laying in bed and still be able to use them. Obviously, you don’t want to be far from the screen, but I’m just saying, it’s a great feature!

I was reluctant to purchasing a desktop computer as I am always on the run so I prefer laptops. My husband was very interested in having a family computer so I decided to give it a try. I love it so far! It is easy to navigate, and I like the bigger screen. It will be great to have when our kids are older and need it for any homework assignments, as I do not want to purchase them an individual computer until college.

Love my new computer. It is fast & easy to use. So glad I picked the Apple Imac! It has great color & a nice large, clear screen.

I was looking for a replacement for my 2009 iMac which was starting to get slow and had problems running some programs. I read about the "slow" 5400 RPM hard drive of the new iMacs (my old one had a 7200 RPM HD) and was concerned about the performance, but I'm pleasantly surprised with this new iMac. It's way faster than my old one, runs quiet, and handles anything I throw at it with ease. Yes, obviously it's not as fast as the optional SSD or Fusion Drive, and loading some programs like iPhotos and iMovie takes a little longer to load, but overall it's fine. I've had my new iMac for about 2 months now and I love it.

The computer is very fast easy to navigate and it's very compact saves a lot of space compared to a Windows computer. Love it.

I purchased this Mac because I needed a better computer for processing videos taken from my GoPro and Karma drone. I don’t regularly edit videos but when I do I need something that can keep up speed. This is a great computer for just that. Only problem I have had was once or twice it would freeze up for a bit and once needed a restart. Overall a great product that I highly recommend

Love it....so glad I got this computer. Easy to get around. Huge screen is so easy to see.
