I have always been a fan of apple products, but I must say the IMAC is by far the best product I have purchased from apple. After my Mac book Pro messed up from the track pad not working, I decided to buy a desktop instead of another lab top. I must say it was worth every penny. Once again apple does not disappoint!

Replaced a 6yr old iMac with newest model, virtually no difference, slimmer at the expense of a DVD player. Same Apple reliability and great looks.

The computer just wasn't up to par. From the moment I first took it out of the box it just seemed a little slow. I have a MacBook air that I bought before I bought this iMac and it could run circles around the 8GB ram on the iMac. It's a Mac and it's pretty and all. The speakers sound great. Just couldn't keep up. Maybe a 12GB or 16GB would've been what I needed, but I didn't realize it at the time.

As a new Mac user I had to learn new commands while doing a big project. I like what I have done and think it will be a great asset for my business.

My wife wanted a computer so work from home with. We decided on the MAC since it would be easier for her to do what she needs. She had a small learning curve but once she got used to it, she loves it. It's easy for her to do what she needs and we also got it since it will last us twice as long as a PC would.

Awesome computer, easy to use even if your a newbie like myself! Definitely wish I would have gone up with the next in size as far as gigabits go.

This is my first iMac and I couldn't be happier with it. I've been a iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and iPod user for many years. Finally made the switch to iMac desktop. I really enjoy the smooth operation and the simple connectivity and sharing through all my devices. I highly recommend getting this computer!

I researched a lot before making my purchase of the IMac El Capitan. I do photography and I'm completely satisfied. The only drawback is the new Photo format from iPhoto as I use Lightroom and LR can't find my downloaded photos using Photo. If I use Lightroom to download my photos I'm good to go!!

Before I purchased this iMac I already had a Macbook Air so I wasn't really sure if I necessarily needed both. Then I thought since I'm in school right now it would be nice to have a desktop to do homework on instead of a laptop and I absolutely love it!! This is definitely a great product to buy!

Was looking for the 21 Inch to get my brother-in-law converted to Apple Systems. Since I am the main user for this computer at his Shop I enticed him to make the move. The sales staff at Best Buy were as awesome as ever in helping me get the best deal possible. Set-up was a breeze!!

It lacks one thing that one would usually expect a desktop to have; a CD ROM. If you want this luxury (a luxury that most other desktops have), you're required to purchase an external DVD/CD player for around 100 bucks, which is kind of annoying. Anyways, I don't regret purchasing this computer.

Bought the iMac to replace an outdated home computer. We went with the Mac due to being told that the threat of viruses are almost nil on a Mac. Being a lifetime Windows user, it has taken some time to learn and understand how the Mac works. But so far we are happy with our purchase.

I would have loved the 27 inch version of this product, but this version is still a solid computer. Works well for our applications.

Great computer. Fast and easy to use. Nothing too complicated once you get used to it being opposite from Windows operating systems.

So happy with my purchase!! Went back and forth between desktop and laptop. Finally decided on the desktop. Could not be happier with my choice. This computer definitely does not disappoint. And it's a great price point too!!

In the past I've always had a Dell and they would never last me more than 1 1/2 years or so. A few years back i decided to buy a Mac and see how I liked it. I still to this day use the same mac and then purchased the iMac for my office computer. I will never go back to using a PC again!

She hated Windows 8 & 10. I still was using Windows 7 Pro. I had no major issues but we both decided to go to IMACs. Great decision. No regrets. Be aware there is a small learning curve but that does not last for very long.

This computer is the best purchase I've made in a long time, next to my iPhone 6 and iPad. The Apple products are strong, powerful and fast and all work together seamlessly to make all my tech needs almost effortless and trouble free. Thanks Best Buy for making this product available.

Not as difficult to learn as thought. Sure beats those constant updates messing my computer up. Switched to the iMac when latest upgrade really made my computer unusable, just one time too many. And there are enough apps/programs without a lot of junk that no need to buy any more.
