I was looking at a MacBook Air when I realized the iMac has a huge hard drive and beautiful display for the same price.. I did not need to carry around a laptop so this was the best purchase. Switched from Microsoft. Never going back! So easy to use.

Since my recent retirement I bought an iPhone 7, my first iPad, and was told that an iMac would be a perfect fit. I love the way they sync, but as a "senior" it took a bit to get adjusted after a lifetime of PC's. Best Buy staff was excellent!

I was ready to change from a laptop to a desktop! The staff working that evening were very helpful with matching me up with the best product for my needs! Even saved me some money by suggesting I get a different product for my daily computer use!

I used this iMac to upgrade my 2012 MacBook Pro. Came at a great price from Best Buy and a great time for my needs. Glad Best Buy offers price match as they found a lower price for me online and matched it. Great experience and great product.

It is an Apple - need I say more. After the initial review of the computer, the sales clerk who assisted me actually found me while I was walking around to see if I had any more questions and told me about a class for new Mac users. Great service.

After going to multiple stores to get a computer with the horrible service I finally decided to drive WAY out of my way to Delafield and got a computer. Brookfield is the worst store and they are rude,unhelpful, and ignore customers!

I purchased the iMac to assist with photo workflow. When considering this type of purchase, don't undersize. You will "fill" with photo in no time if you take many pictures. Consider an external hard drive to work with the iMac and backup.

Solid performer so far. Color and picture great. New OS is different to me, but some swell features.

Mac has been my go-to for computers since I bought my first Macbook. The iMac is a clean desktop with excellent display and minimal issue/upkeep. Have enjoyed this product so far and anticipate that to continue. Well worth the extra money.

I have been wanting a desktop for a while. So I bought these one on sale. I am very happy with my purchase. The screen display is amazing, especially when I am editing my GoPro videos.

Bought this as computer for my church for Audio Visual purposes. It is attached to our projector. Used by a number of members. Replaced a Windows based computer and this one is more responsive to our audio visual needs. We use ProPresenter.

I like the thought that the operating system was made specifically for this computer as opposed to PC having a one size fits all. I kept upgrading things for my PC, but at the end of the day, it was still just a PC and not a Mac.

Was easy to set up. The screen is very large and bright. Does not take up a lot of room on the desk.

I returned this product as the system cannot be upgraded. Best Buy does not carry (at least at the time of purchase) the 16GB model. For the money you should be able to easily upgrade RAM as well as the hard drive. Limiting the machine to 8GB is rather shortsighted on Apple's part. Since BB didn't have the 16GB model I had to order one from another vendor.

We like to have a computer on the kitchen counter for a wide range of uses. Good for recipes, working while you wait for food to be done, and guest access. It replaced a 6 year old iMAC that was getting too slow for the current environment.,

This is the third Mac computer we have purchased. My husband and I have two, this one is for our son and daughter-in-law. High quality and reliable. Will never go back to a PC. Good deal from Best Buy with "open box". Fast delivery!
