Noticed after ten years are old mac started getting slow and the updates for software was taking to long to download. We decided after much debate to purchase a new one. Waited for sale and saved $200.

The packaging was great! Took everything out from the package and there was not a manual! When computer got plugged in I was greeted with instructions. Looked at key board..where would the batteries go? Now I know what the skinny cord with plugs on both ends went..right now I am using the keyboard w/o the cord. Too soon to tell what I think of this machine but so far so good.

I was excited to finally get my new iMac as I have been waiting for years. My husband bought it for me for Christmas so it was one of the Best Christmas presents ever! After looking at many reviews and talking to our office tech who owns one as well, I was very happy to finally bring one home. Best Buy staff was able to answer all questions and we are very happy about the experience.

Set up was problematic as the computer would not recognize the wireless mouse and keyboard right away. I also needed a lightning to usb cable for charging the keyboard and mouse. Luckily I had a mouse and keyboard to use to get started. It would be nice if a lightning to usb cable could be provided as it is an essential piece of equipment to keep the computer operational!

This computer is easy on the eyes and extremely easy to use. The display is vibrant and smooth. The new USB cord charging system for the mouse and the keyboard is a welcomed change. I would highly recommend!

We're a long time Apple/Mac family, so it wasn't a hard choice when my son wanted/needed a new computer. Setup is a breeze, they're relatively immune to bugs, spyware, and such, and they look and work great!

I really like Apple computers the only downside is I wish I could hook the PS4 up to the computer like the computers used to be able to do. I think a MacBook would be just as good and get used more.

I graduated from a 13" MacBook to this lovely large screen. So nice to be able to see layers with the multiple open documents! Makes it much easier to go back and forth, not as bulky as multiple monitors

this computer replaced an outdated system. I am able to grow with this product and with all the various apple products I have, they are able to communicate with this system. Great product, wonderful purchase.

I have been a long time PC user but this was one of the best purchases I have made in recent years. The overall experience of iOS is something other operating systems try to emulate even today. Enough said.

I shopped for a long time for a home computer and couldn't decide on a mac or a pc. I talked to people at the bestbuy stores and chatted online once trying to make a decision and finally decided to get the mac mainly for reliability and resale value for later on when I went to upgrade everybody in the stores and online were very helpful. TheComputer is working really good

I have been a Mac user for many years. Although devices like iPads and iPhones. As a guitar player and web developer this handy piece of equipment is worth every cent. Will be getting another soon.

The package of the product is very nice. Setting up the computer was easy.

I love my Mac. I was debating whether to go entry level or mid level in regards to speed and size. I'm glad I got this model for my work. It is the right speed for opening files and creating documents.

I love my new computer. I had a Dell computer for years and had nothing but trouble with it crashing. I decided to invest in something better and better for myself so I went with the top of the line.

One of the best investments I've made for my education. Windows and Microsoft after the "10" series lost my confidence so I switched to Mac and to tell the truth...I'll never go back. LOVE IT!!!!!!!

Once I got the hang of it.......the new system is great......screen very sharp and good colors.......numbers program works well with excel and the wireless allowed me to disconnect old cable hook up.

I've been using HP computers for years and decided to take the leap to the iMac since I have an iPhone and iPad mini. I love how everything syncs up and it's very user friendly. No regrets!...yet :)

This is the nicest, clearest monitor we've had❗️ Great size & resolution is perfect for our needs. The computer as a whole is everything we wanted. We couldn't be happier with this purchase.
