Best Buy is where I buy most electronics the sales folks are always helpful and can t go wrong with Apple product

First time Mac user and LOVE IT as opposed to clunky and insecure windows machine. Takes some getting used to the interface, but already getting the hang of it

Imac is a good stable machine for a non computer related person. This machine was purchased for a small business owner just needed to run a cad product.

I have the 27" iMac and needed a smaller desktop for something else and the first thing in mind was this one. Fits perfect and great for my line of work!

This iMac has been good for what I need it for. If I needed to up my workload and use more in-depth software, I would need a step up to handle that.

You get what you pay for. Its old now but it still works. No issues what so ever. Its just slow now because of the lack of support

Recently bought this to replace an older mac I had. And with all the new features on this I'm excited to get started working with this new computer.

I'm not a computer genius so I don't have a thousand technical details to add. This is a reliable computer that simple does what I need it to do.

This was our Second Apple 21.5 iMac. My husband and I both have one, we would hate to work on anything other than these for our Photography business.

For starters, the price is great. You are looking at half the price, with the sacrifice of portability with the MacBooks. I personally didn't take my macbook on the go very much, so not a big deal. You can still easily move from room to room, as long as you have a table to set up. It is lightweight, so portable for anyone of any age really. The size and clarity of the screen is incredible. When it comes to speed, I think I would have preferred one a little faster considering the programs that I run on a regular basis, such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop being that there is a lot more data that is used for these programs. I can still manage quite well. The setup itself is simple, it runs you right through everything. They also include a quick start guide for those who are not used to apple computers. The magic keyboard and mouse are very nice, as it is just bluetooth/wireless, instead of adding more cords [also comes with a cord to charge your keyboard and mouse] There are plenty of usb ports on the back side, as well as an sd card slot, which is great for anyone who is into photography such as myself. Overall, the amount of storage is extravagant for the average user, and the speed is quite decent for the amount of money you are spending. I'm guessing with how long my macbook lasted me [six years, probably more if I get it checked out], I'm thinking this could last me 6 or more easy.

This is an excellent computer. I'm just using it for minimal projects right now, but will be using it for school in the future. Couldn't be happier.

I am very happy with this iMac. I also really like the bluetooth mouse and keyboard. I was suprised how long the charge lasts for the keyboard and mouse.

After years of sub standard windows computers this apple is a breath of fresh air. Still learning the nuances of this unit but they are coming quickly.

I'm not very skilled with technology. This is pretty easy for me to understand. The Geek Squad man was excellent in explaining things to me.

I have been researching this product for some time and finally made a decision to purchase at Best Buy. I'm pleased with the product and quality.

I don't have the need for a laptops portability so this is perfect for work and having multiple windows open at once, keeps up and no issues.

It was quite the learning curve for me going from an HP to an iMac. I asked my daughter to help me understand lots & have worked through different programs on my own; still have some to go. I'll have to put in a call to AppleCare when I have time. That's why I paid for that service, right?
