So easy to set up, minimum amount of wires. Screen is so clear and vibrant. Processing is fast. Set up with other apple products seamless.

I knew I wanted to buy a mac and Best Buy was the best deal for me. The price was right and the ability for 0% financing even beat the Apple stores.

I bought my desktop on Jul. 14th and the Apple Charging Cable that comes for the keyboard and mouse has already gone out. I called Best Buy to see about getting it replaced since it is within the first 30 days AND I purchased the Apple Care Warranty. I was told that I have to bring the ENTIRE computer in and return it the whole thing. Now this charging cable is the same that come with Apple phones as well and can be purchased individually but to me it should be replaced being it hasn't even been 2 weeks of having it. I purchased an open box special and asked if I would still get the same price...I was told if we have one for that price. So for a simple charging cable to get replaced I have to return everything and just hope they have an open box for the same price I paid.

I was in desperate need of a new computer. I went online, ordered, and picked it up an hour later in the store. Best computer buying experience!

Love this computer. I have never had issues with hacking or viruses with any of my Apple devices. Great for students too!

I expected a little faster performance, but it has not been bad. This is my first Apple computer so I am struggling through the learning curve as I transition from Windows. It has been a good computer although I am not sure if I would pay the extra money for Apple with what I now know.

I have heard so much about the IMac that I thought it was good for me. Plus hackers can't access data as easily. Lots of protections.

Purchased for my daughter. She loves it. She makes short movies. Does a lot of editing on it. Just wish it was more memory. With mac they get you with add ons which I hate. It's good for now because my daughter is only 12. Good so far but did get the warranty just in case.
