We have been Mac users for seven years and have never been disatisfied. The new Mac has even greater picture clarity and enhanced functionality over the former model. Best home computing system at an economical price!

My previous computers have been PCs; however, after purchasing my last one that crashed and would not run iTunes properly, I decided to purchase an iMac. Though I haven't had it very long, I'm really glad I made this choice. So far, everything has been great and I've had no issues. I'm even considering switching to an iPhone! The size of the screen is perfect and the speed of the processor is wonderful. I didn't get the retina display, but this one is still very clear.

Switched to Apple after years on Microsoft. Not as hard as originally thought. Great fast machine, master piece looking !

After becoming adjusted to the Apple OS...I absolutely love this PC. It is super fast, the graphics are great, the apps are relevant....I have not found a down-side to it yet (nor do I expect to, honestly).

After struggling through with my laptop, I finally decided to invest in a desktop. I should never have waiting so long as I am now so spoiled with the big screen, it is all I want to use. Great investment!

APPLE IMACS ARE THE BEST COMPUTERS ON THE MARKET TODAY. THEY ARE SO EASY TO SET UP AND THE LEARNING CURVE IS MINIMAL. THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE IS EXCELLENT. I HAVE BEEN A MAC PERSON FROM THE BEGINNING.

I bought this to replace my prior Mac, which had just celebrated its 9th birthday! Pros: Nice and fast file opening, saving, and other things. It only takes seconds to do what sometimes took a minute or more! Cons: There is NO number pad on the keyboard, and even the arrow keys are tiny and bunched together. I had to buy a 3rd-party keyboard. There is NO DVD drive. I had to buy a 3rd-party drive. While many features in the iWork files are updated, there are LESS fonts, LESS color options (there used to be a grid of about 50 preset colors. This grid is now reduced to about 20 choices.), LESS options for the menu bar. On the whole, customization options are severely restricted. For each and every one of my old files that I open, if I touch it at all, I get a "Do you want to upgrade this file? <YES> or <CLOSE> I still can't figure out how to change my y-axis range in the new NUMBERS charts. You CAN'T print directly from NUMBERS; but have to go through a "fake" "preview" screen. THERE is NO "page view" in numbers. You can ONLY see your headers and footers in "print preview." The FORMAT, SORT, FILTER, and other features are kind of obnoxious now, but can be gotten used to. I have similar issues with PAGES. Including that text in text boxes has to be reformatted to fit(!), missing fonts that have to be downloaded from the internet, etc. Recommended anyway!

i would recommend this product i am a galaxy not a apple user at first I wasn't sure if i could use it but in the end about month or two i finally have it down and glad that i bought it

This is my third iMac I've purchase and it's easy to use right out of the box. if you've been using apple products for a while, iPhone iPad etc, this is an easy setup with Apple ID. Everything is synced so it's a one time setup. No need for batteries anymore because the mouse and keyboard use lightening to charge so iPhone 5 and up to iPad 3 and up can use the same charger.

This replaced my mac-mini. Very nice and compact with everything in the screen. Very fast and easy to set-up

Easy to learn on your own the many programs. It was;t difficult to hook up and connect to the internet. There are files to assist you on "How to".

I bought this for our church to run Pro Presenter. It is fast, easy to use and the screen is beautiful.

I already had an iPhone and iPad...I decided to break down and get an iMac. I am so glad I did! It was a great purchase that I am getting a lot of use out of! I highly recommend this product!

I switched from windows and the transition has been very easy. It's a powerful machine that runs smoothly. I rated four stars simply because the stickiness of the mouse has been more difficult than expected to get used to.

Bought this for my son! He loves it. So nice not having to wait for startup, not having it freeze. Looks great. Aside from the premium price, I'd take a mac over a pc any day!

This is my first Mac item, just switched from Microsoft. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner. I did read reviews prior to purchasing, and this system has exceeded all of my expectations. This is a very stable, fast, and easy to learn system. This is truly a purchase I believe was worth the investment. I will be changing all of the family members one at a time. Sales staff was very helpful, have many apple products, but my first iMac.

I love this mac. Operates flawlessly and not problem yet ever since taking it out the box in beginning of '17. When working from home, finessing your craft with media and related fields, or just wanna surf....this is the machine with integrity that is smooth in all areas. Never used to like mac whatsoever but as soon as I started working with from home, I became a believer. I am at peace and very happy with this investment.

I've always had Windows based products but when my last computer crashed I talked to the very knowledgeable sales person at Best Buy and asked about an iMac. Since I do graphic design and use Adobe based design products, the iMac was recommended. I've been so impressed with this computer and wish I'd have made the switch long ago. It runs fast and smooth and was very easy to adapt to after years of Windows products. I love this computer!!

our cell phones are apple, we own 2 ipads so it was time we updated our desktop to an apple computer. Love this computer! Highly recommend
