Did not work!

It was not new (2015 model), so I wasn't expecting it to look new, but when I turned it on the screen didn't work, I could here it working in the background, and it was talking to me but no screen! What a disappointment! $988! I returned it the same day. I was refunded the entire amount, thank goodness, but it was shocked that this was even sent to me in the first place. Didn't the refurbishers even check to make sure it worked before sending it out?

I guess if no one got a new one then I couldn't get a refurbished one so keep it up whoever you are! Really love my computer.

Not again!

Nothing but a folder with "?"...It appears the computer was shipped without an operating system. Took me 1 hr on the phone with Apple technical support to get the computer to operate! Would have thought computer would have came with an operating system?

BUT it quickly goes down hill on speed and stability. It's curious that after each new operating system update, the computer gets worse. So, I would not recommend this computer. I wish Apple (or even Best Buy) would offer better support these products.
