If one is new to Apple computers a bit of a learning curve is required but well worth the time. The IMac is fast and smooth with a magnificent monitor making it the perfect platform for editing images. Highly recommended by this photographer!

After spending years as a frustrated PC user, when it was time once again to upgrade the computer, we decided to try a Mac, mostly because we own iPhones and iPads. Everything now works seemlessly. The entire family could not be happier with this purchase.

My Apple iMac has been one of the best purchases I made I love it I’ve been able to do many things with her about an Apple TV with it and I got that from Best Buy also thank you Best Buy

I bought this because my 2010 iMac was randomly going to a black screen. I had recently solved a long term problem where the old iMac would either lock up or go to the pinwheel of death multiple times a day, where I had to cold boot. I resolved it after a year by upgrading memory and later upgrading software to Sierra. Things were fine again with my old machine for 6 months... until the random black screens started. I could hear videos talking in background so I knew the machine was not shutting down, just the video. I called apple support (800-MY-APPLE) thinking they would ask me to pay for support but they did not, it seems apple is smart enough as a company to keep their client base happy and educated. After 3 calls and resetting things I decided to stop trying to fix it and bought this new machine. It is good, no question, but not noticeably faster than my 7 year old i3 w/12GB ram. And this one has random issues also after just 3 weeks. 1. Safari randomly shuts down about 2-3X a week. 2. Now my financial stock trading platform, which never experienced conflicts or issues with the old system, is closing down about 2X/week. The machine is a week past return so I am hopeful Apple will see all my reports and get these 2 bugs worked out. With all the resources this company has, there is no reason for unstable system software. Other than that it works fine, but not much faster than the old system. Screen is nice but not something I find noticeably improved either. I just want a decent, stable system.

Mostly good out of the box. The Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse required some fiddling to get working. I suggest waiting for the on-screen prompts before trying to get the Keyboard & Mouse working. Other than that the computer works well. I was able to plugin two monitors with Thunderbolt to HDMI cables and they just worked. Apple has introduced some new mouse gesture functionality that will take some research and getting used to in the long run.

With Apple - no surprises. Had an older Mac that needed to be replaced.

I love my new iMac! It works seamlessly with my iPhone and iPad. I especially like the big screen and beautiful graphics. This system was on sale and I opened a Best Buy credit card and got 10% back in points.

The size of the screen is perfect and the picture is clear and awesome!

I have used windows operating system computers but IMac beats them all.

These Apple products are always excellent. Apple has a way to just be predictable, sleek, clean and always works. I use this computer for business, and enjoy using it every day for all purposes

Upgraded my late 2015 iMac (3.2 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB RAM) and couldn't be happier with the performance of this iMac. I run Adobe Creative Suite and the 3.2 GHz was very sluggish and unable to multitask. Relieved that I upgraded.

Love my iMac so much that I bought a second one for my boyfriend. I got sick of him always being on my new computer, so I bought him one for Father's Day. He loves it and it saved us from breaking up over a computer.

The iMac is the best combination of screen and capable hardware. 5k resolution and the ability to replace certain key parts makes this a great deal and a computer that will last more than a few years.

Purchased a new apple desktop/all in one - the screen is huge, beautiful quality, wireless mouse & keyboard is great! Having had an iPhone for years & switching over to this was seemless - very nice.

I have an older MacBook Pro but wanted something to use on my desk as well, so I purchased the iMac. So glad I did. Very fast, screen resolution is awesome and it does everything my MacBook does, only faster.
