The screen is huge (which is why it was bought). Processes quickly. I really like this Mac so far. Can't find any complaints.

I was convinced by the sales person and a family member to purchase an IMac instead of a PC, my first Apple Computer, I have phone and watch. I am impressed with the screen size but still learning how to use computer. I have not found the volume control as of yet, being able to answer my phone on the computer is new to me, but it is hard to hear. Maybe you can help me with that, and it is probably something simple. Thank you for listening. PS: How do I add a photo to below question?

I love this desktop. It not only looks sleek and modern, but it’s so easy to use. No modem to get in the way.

Until this purchase our home computers were always Windows based PCs. What set this machine apart is the gorgeous 5K Retina display, definitely eye-catching and well worth the extra price point to go 27 inch versus the smaller 21 inch. Team this with a Magic Keyboard and Magic Pad II for an excellent user experience. The Finder can be configured to look more like Windows File explorer to assist with transition and team up with Microsoft Personal Office to get those familiar apps.

I love my new Apple 27" iMac all-in-one computer. The 5K display is beautiful and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the speaker system is very good. I didn't know I was getting a new stereo system when I bought the computer! I am a new Apple user and it's been very easy to make the change from Windows to Apple. I also bought AppleCare+ and have called them 2-3 times to get help with things I didn't understand. I'm very happy with this computer and would highly recommend it.

easy to use bigger, screen give me the option of wearing not glasses also the set up was real easy to lift and move around

Not too many bad things I can say about this monster. This thing is amazing. The clarity, the speed, just everything overall. The only thing that about this that is a bit annoying is the keyboard. I bought the bigger keyboard with the numeric pad but it still lacks comfortability. And the mouse it comes with is a little annoying. So I just bought a new one.

The real estate on the display is fantastic and the performance is blazing fast! No issues or concerns with it!

Very easy to setup. Works fluently with other apple products within the apple ecosystem. Screen quality is impeccable.

First experience with MAC product, love it. The whole unit is easy to use and I like that I can add more RAM etc.

I have been using a MacBook Pro to Record my own music with Protools for years. I decided to step up to the IMac with a 27 inch screen so it would be easier to see, not to mention the extra processing power is nice. I already knew what I wanted when I went in to Best Buy, but I did have a couple questions and the sales person answered them. I was able to get in and out of the store in a hurry which is what I need. I am enjoying my new IMac. Thank you Best Buy!

I upgraded from a 7 year old MacBook Pro and this is so much better. The picture is great and makes work so easy

I believe I got this as Open-Box Satisfactory at Long Island City. It took me a while to get there, and mistakenly, crossed the bridge to get there, but it was well worth it. For 1 T and 8 GB, I think this was worth the price. This is amazing for graduate school on zoom and hosting on zoom as well. I'm super excited about this purchase and would recommend it to others. Hopefully, you have a great open-box experience as I did.

I love all Apple products, I’m Apple girl! I was so excited when I pick this iMac up for a good price from Best Buy. But I find myself really getting a lot of headaches because the screen so big and I’m straining my eyes constantly when doing graphic design work. I’m looking into getting some blue lenses for my glasses maybe a screen put on it. it’s beautiful crystal clear but definitely have seen an increase in headaches.

Amazing machine! Buy one with 8GB and upgrade the memory yourself. You will save hundreds.
