AS AN OWNER OF VARIOUS APPLE COMPUTERS AND NOT BEING LIKE THE YOUNGER GENERATION AND THAT IS TECH SAVY I FIND MAC COMPUTERS WHETHER AN IMAC OR A MAC PRO THEY ARE EASY TO USE AND THE GRAPHICS ARE SO MUCH BETTER THAN A PC! AND NO GOOFY VIRUSES! IN SHORT.....A NEW IMAC IS THE SAME FEELING AS A SHOWROOM HARLEY! THERE AIN'T NOTHIN LIKE IT!

I love the look and ease of Mac products. I bought this online for my Dad. The price was better than the Apple store, it was easy to purchase and pick up directly at the store. Plus, I didn't have to park at the mall to walk to an Apple store and instead picked up directly in front of the storefront. Love the computer and graphics.

My wife saved up and got this computer black Friday and she loves it. Editing pictures and just web browsing is so enjoyable on this amazing machine. Its a wow factor in our living room as well, best decoration in our living room. My wife loves editing pictures and loves that she has desktop to hold her tons of photos and videos.

Mike Ice was knowledgeable about the iMac and did an excellent job in answering all my questions. It was a very good purchase and experience for me. Setting up and getting everything working smoothly and connected to the internet finished without any hitches.

I am very pleased with the computer I got. I saw it and bought it since it was such a good price. The computer I bought was open box, which gave a discount of about $500, so I was more than happy to get the nicer model of computer for the lower model price.

Monitor is perfect size. Graphics are excellent. You can never go wrong with Apple products. No additional virus software applications needed. Easy switched from windows to Mac. Mac is very intuitive.

I first got the 21.5" Mac of the same year, worked on it for a week and decided it wasn't quick enough (I'd been using an i7 16GB Lenovo prior). I figured I would upgrade it, which I found out isn't possible for that model. Back to the store I went! And luckily before the return period ended. I got the 27" and upgraded the RAM to the max 32GB and am extremely happy! Especially since the total cost is about $1,000 less than it would have been had I ordered it that way. I'm able to open large files in either Adobe CC or MS Office without a hitch, and in many cases I have them both open at the same time. I have the system in my office and never want to go home! Yeah, it's that awesome

The monitor is big enough for multiple programs and is crystal clear. I just moved from a PC and I love how apple does things. Yes, there is some major adjustments but I have attended a couple workshops at the Apple Store and they are fantastic. I never got this much enjoyment or great customer service from my PCs.

I'm a long time Apple MacBook user and when it came time for a desktop there was no question of what to buy. iMac won out hands down. If you want a computer that simply works and does what you ask then this is what you want. I use it for photo editing wih Lightroom and Photoshop and it performs perfectly. It also integrates with all out other devices also made by Apple seamlessly. This isn't a gaming computer but a true workhorse when you need it for production work. My 8 y/o son adapted to the Mac very easily being used to working on windows computers at school. Like I said if you need something that just performs and you don't have time to tinker with settings then this is the computer for you.

This is my first Apple DeskTop. It was extremely easy to set up and to interface my email accounts. There is a bit of a learning curve as I have used Windows for more than 30 years. However, I have been using my IMac for the past month and have been enjoying learning more about it. It is working fine so far. :)

This is the only computer you'll ever need, by far. What more can I say, other than the fact that it's a beast. My workflow is smooth and efficient when it comes to audio production, recording, video editing, graphic design, and photography. Upgrade your RAM for an even better performance, especially if you like to multitask while working on a project. The only downside is that you may have to upgrade or reinstall certain programs if they're not up to par with the latest OS, but that's really a preference thing. I like to say, "if it ain't broke don't fix it," but to those that like stay up to date with the latest software versions anyway; you won't even have to worry.

We bought this computer for my daughter and she loves it. She loves the graphics the monitor and all the features of this incredible unit. If I had it to do over I would purchase another one from Best Buy. We are in the process of reviewing PC's for our youngest daughter at this very moment.

After all my research into desktop pc's and Mac choices I couldn't be happier with my choice. The model up from mine didn't have much more than additional 1tb new hd replacing the old one. Overall it's fast efficient and easy to use.

Although all our smartphones and tablets are Apple, I had been nervous to change our PC to a Mac because of negative comments on how difficult Mac was in comparison. At 61, I consider myself able to navigate just about any electronic device with some time, so I accepted the challenge. Set up was a breeze, transferring data, photos and even my Quicken files was simple. With more desk time I'm sure the few unfamiliar aspects will smooth out! Don't be afraid to Make the leap! Speed and screen quality well with it

I've been an iMac user for 8+ years, and recently decided it was time to replace my faithful companion in search of newer/faster technology. So I'm no stranger to this computer, but there are still enough changes both to it and to some of the apps I also updated along the way (most notably Office 2016) that I'm still learning the finer nuances. All in all, it's a fine computer, and while I miss my 24 inch monitor, the 27 inch is actually not that much larger, but is MUCH easier to work on when you have multiple documents open on the screen, as I frequently do. Now, if this one will last me for eight years, I"ll be a happy man....

Ive always wanted a 27" iMac. Something about it just spoke to me! I've had a Macbook air and even the coveted Macbook Pro and none have actually stuck with me. Alas, I walked into Best Buy and inquired about the gloriously large computer in front of me. I had no intentions to buy but when the sales associate offered me a lower price to take it today I hastily agreed. On top of that we inquired of additional discounts and struck computer gold! I love using this thing! all of its glory sitting aloft in my living room. It runs smoothly like butter, while offering an edgy feel. This Mac has made my life complete <3 I HIGHLY recommend picking one up.

This new iMac combined with OS X 10.11 is the most amazing machine I've ever used. And ... so I wouldn't just transfer lots of unnecessary stuff I loaded it from scratch and it was a simple process. You won't be disappointed.

I've alway used a lap top computer. I was not sure about going to a desk top or even getting a iMax. I have the iPhone 6s plus & iPad Air so buying the iMax was the best move for me. The ease or this computer & the 27 inch screen is the best. I love that all 3 work together as one.

Beautiful graphics, great speed. Very happy with this purchase. After living in an RV full time for 3 years and living with a 15" MacBook, this computer is the best!!

Just replaced my old iMAC with this beauty. My previous one lasted 8 years before something happened with the screen. Caught this on sale just prior to Black Friday. Luckily I had a time-machine back-up so I didn't lose any data and it automatically transferred everything to this new computer. At 8 yrs old, my old iMAC ran at about 90% of it's original speed which is awesome. The graphics on this retina display are pretty amazing, but I think the true value will be wasted on me. I mainly use MS Office and do some web surfing. So far this computer is great and I look forward to several years with this one!
