This charger is easy to use. It breaks away when it is moved too far from the plug. This allows for less wear and tear on the cord.

Apple products delivering quality as usual.... Bought as replacement after my original wire finally stopped working after nearly 7 years of very active daily use. I was happy to find out that this unit included the extension cord that connects directly to the adapter, as I thought I was going to have to purchase a separate extension cord later on.

The downside to any laptop is the need for a second power supply, or the need to crawl under a desk to plug in or unplug a power supply everyt time you need to move your computer. Thankfully Apple's power supplies are great quality and compact, allowing them to easily be transported with a laptop, without having to get larer bag. The MagSafe connection is a god-send, expecially around pets and kids.

I needed a new charger because the one I had for about 6 years frayed on me right as I was doing an assignment. I went to Best Buy frantically looking for a charger and I couldn't be happier with the quality and price of this product as one of the sales associates price checked it for me and was able to get it at a lower cost. It works perfectly and I am super happy I got a new one.
