This is my second MagSafe DC connector and wish Apple would not charge as much when other manufacturers are 1/2 the price. Only bought this one because I needed one for work and was tired of carrying around this giant power adapter. Overall it does what’s its intended for but if you don’t take care of it, there are signs of wear and tear near the connector to the laptop.

It's an Apple product so of course you are paying a premium price for a premium product. But along with that, you are getting something that will never fail on you and has elegant functional touches that make even something as mundane as a charger feel special. Perfect.

Lost my original Charger for my MacBook Air and am glad I did. no outrages price, Fast Charge, less then buying the same item from the Apple store by >$10 which is always nice to save on cost while also being convenient instead of having to go to a shopping center or Mall.

I lost the original charger to my macbook. I went over to best by and one of the employees in the computer section helped me find what I was looking for. The product was an open box but it worked flawlessly.

I needed a new charger after my dog chewed up on my original one when I first bought my laptop. It works just as well as the one from the one you get when you get your computer.

Needed to replace the old one. Should last 5 years or when device is upgraded.

The charger was a very fair price and the quality was as good as the original that came with the computer Tried buying from a different store before and it only lasted about a month before having issues, this one however has worked wonderfully

Looked online at several stores. They were either out of stock or way more expensive than Best Buy. I would recommend that apple design better storage system for the cable. Works as good as new. Now we have one to travel and one for home.

Bought this as a spare for my wife, so she can have one at home and at work. MagSafe is a great idea and should be standard on everything lol. These cords are super tough, her original one has been chewed on by our older cat and is still going strong.

This charger is the only one that is made for the Macbook Pro. No aftermarket careers exist that I could find and i am not sure i would want to risk using one. The Apple chargers charge the PC quickly. Only negative is the price is high

This is an excellent adapter. I purchased it because my previous adapter was damaged while in a trip to Europe; somehow the transformer I purchased failed. I simply like how fast it charges the computer.

This is the exact charger my MacBook came with and that was exactly what I was looking for. I lost my charger the day before I had a major project due and needed one ASAP. I can always count on Best Buy to have what I need, when I need it!

I love Apple products. The ease of use, the natural integration between each product, Apple makes loving them easy. With that being said, It's astonishing how expensive a new power cord costs. It's an extension cord, basically, that connects to the laptop. I don't see my choice of choosing Apple products ever changing but it's a rub for sure.

I purchased this adapter after my original one gave out, I saw cheaper ones online but they weren't the real thing! Don't get tricked! Buy the original one people, don't try saving a couple bucks, it might ruin your computer in the long run.

I was so glad when we got this new charger! My other one came apart - wires everywhere - but this one is solid!

It has a fast charge and a perfect length. I use my MacBook as a secondary computer. And the charger fits perfectly behind my desk.
