I do, however, hate Apple’s design that forces me to buy an entire replacement because the flimsy chord is the one fixed to the transformer.

To me it is worth the much higher rate for the Apple product compared to non-Apple product at a lower cost.

It would charge to about 10% and then stop completely. Lesson learned - this authentic Macbook charger works great.

If you need a new power cord because say, your cat eats them, then you should get one. I mean, make sure it works for your computer first.

Charger

I will be asking for a replacement. It worked fine until recently.

New owner for Macbook Air

I spent only about 5 minutes in Best Buy as the computer sales person knew exactly what I needed. Thanks for being so efficient.

She has an older airbook(2014-2015), and i am just glad Apple kept the same connector.
