    The price was really good for a charging cord and it was really easy to find in-store. Haven't needed to open/use it yet since my previous cord is still working but I'm glad I have a backup for when that one finally bites the dust.

    Longer cable is the way to go, makes it easier to use phone while charging. Quality wears like normal for apple chargers.

    This cable connects newer MacBooks to the newer charging base, using the USB-C connector. Although I have routinely used generic cables for my other Apple devices, I always feel better when my MacBook is charging with Apple cables. Nothing super sexy about this product -- just dependability.
