    Thick cable…not flimsy at all! The length works. I wish it came with the charger but I guess Apple has to get paid for everything now.

    It is wonderful to have this longer cord. I use it for my iPad and it's great to be able to use any outlet. Go for it. The price is certainly right and you will not be sorry. Typical outstanding Apple quality as well.

    Excellent length for use with my iPad and MacBook Pro. Perhaps I've been extremely lucky with all of my Apple cables but hey have all been quality made with no issues. I expect this to be the same. I only got this to have a second longer cable for my iPad in case I needed to charge my MacBook Pro at the same time.
