Best Buy "declined" to replace the device, forcing me to purchase a new cable.

Dissatisfied & Disappointed

For a company like Apple to not offer a better choice is beyond incredulous. Other than the previous, the connection is great, initially, as usual.

Too stiff

Not worth it

I bought open box excellent condition. It’s not excellent. There must be a loose wire because it doesn’t always work. My time will be up to return when I get home. Very disappointed.
