I am really enjoying this phone. I love the fact I can face time again. I switched from a Samsung galaxy and this is so much more user friendly.

Not so great “Open Box” purchase

I love Best Buy, so I hate to post a negative review. However, this “Open Box” Apple 6 ft charging cord I bought towards the end of May was not so great a purchase! I think it was defective as soon as I got it out of the box(..though damage wasn’t clearly visible right away..) because as soon as I plugged it in it started pulsing:( I searched for reasons as to why it might be doing that, and one of the main reasons was that the cord was defective..I’m guessing that’s why it was an “Open Box”... Someone returned it for the same reason, didn’t report it upon return and then it was put back on the floor! Thank goodness the return window is still open!

Cords are too fragile and do not last under normal use. This is not a Best Buy issue but is an Apple product quality issue.

Apple cables are not cheap to buy but cheap in quality. I keep having to replace them cause they fall apart. I wish I had another choice but if they are not Apple cables they are not compatible, even the ones sold on Apple’s website.

Like a fool, I put my trust in the brand's products! I bought this 6.6 ft Apple lightning charging cable for my iphone and within a month it has quit working through routine usage. Bought at my local Best Buy on April 27, 2024, the date to return by ended on May 17, 2024, low and behold on June 1, 2024 the cable stopped working. Perfect timing Best Buy! If you're looking for a replacement lightning cord for your apple product THIS AIN'T IT! Do not waste your $30 bucks like I did. I would suggest an after market brand, so when it stops working in a month or so at least you won't be out of $30. I expected better from Apple.
