I bought this as a spare so I wouldn't have to keep unplugging my main one just to take it to work. I do wish that the new MacBook Pros came with the extender cord like the old ones did. That sucks.

I bought this at Best Buy, paid $78 for what I believed was a charger for my macbook. I was shocked to learn once I opened it that it was merely the transformer and NO CORDS!! For $78!!!!!! For this to be a spare charger you need the $35 USB-C cord and the $20 extension cord fot a total of $138 for a CHARGING CORD!! Completely ridiculous. I realize this is Apples doings and no fault of Best Buy but I would not recommend this product in any way.

It works well, does it's job, but it is ridiculous that the power cord comes in 2 separate pieces. I needed a 2nd power cord for home

The USB-C cord is sold separately. Works fine, but for the price, you would think it would be included.

Back of box shows cable but its not included. It's basically a brick without the cable which I'm sure is an additional $20 on top of the $75 for the brick.

You need to buy another cable for this expensive adapter
