    these are expensive but I have tried other aftermarket blocks and they just don't have the quality of the apple product. I am not willing to use aftermarket with such an expensive computer. you will need to judge for your self but the aftermarket will die a death much sooner than the apple one. this is just the BLOCK...not the cable

    Ah yes the Apple MacBook Pro 61 watt power brick. What else do I need to say besides this: -compatible -reliable -crisp design What I suggest for Apple and all computing device manufacturers is to come up with furniture design that will wirelessly charge their devices and one day we all can say goodbye to the clutter of the charging brick and corresponding cord. That will be nice. What do you think? Are you with me?

    Add a USB-C cable and you can charge a MacBook Pro. It’s the same as the one that should have come with your computer.

    My wife is working from home now that her learning center is shut down due to COVID-19. My cat decided that this was the beat time to chew the end of her power cord. It was plugged i in n and sparked. Now there’s a black mark in the wall and no more charger. This one works great, and seems to be idiot cat-proof.....for now

    This was a genuine Apple power adapter and it's working great so far, just as you'd expect from Apple. I bought it to replace what I thought was a faulty adapter, but it turned out it was actually my battery that had gone bad and had to be replaced, But now I'll have a spare power adapter for my laptop case instead of having to unplug it to take it when I go out.
