Love my iPad mini. Use it for my business and for personal use and it’s much lighter than the larger size I used to have. Works great! Customer service guy that helped me get it at Best Buy was awesome. I was in a hurry and he helped me get everything I needed to get started with my iPad in a super timely fashion, explained the Apple care in a quick synopsis and explained word vs pages and how to get word on my iPad with Microsoft office card.

This was a great upgrade to the 2015 iPad. It is very fast, light and easy to put in a purse.

I only use Apple products. This one exceeds my expectations. I was concerned with the lack of documentation that came with the Mini, but once I charged it up and turned it on, it guided me through everything I needed to know to easily transfer from an iPad Pro to the Mini 5. The difference in size is highly desirable to me. I was extremely pleased that the exact model was available at a location near me.

The iPad mini is a great tablet but has always been underpowered compared to its bigger brother. This is not the case with the new iPad mini. This iPad is powerful, fast, and supports the Apple Pencil. If you have been waiting to upgrade your iPad mini, this is the upgrade you've been waiting for.

I love it! Yes, it is like an oversized phone, I get it. But I specially like this for two reason: 1) For lectures, I access them through the cloud and read my notes on Pages. 2) Keynote presentations are so much easier with a tablet! I have the computer in the back room, and just sync/connect my tablet and use it as a remote and I'm still able to see my notes in it.
