It’s an iPad. What do you think you’re going to get?

Purchased this online and received it today. It was supposed to be an open box and classified as “Excellent-Geek squad Certified”. What I received was a badly scratched and beat up iPad mini and a cable banging about in a large shipping box. Other than the fact that what I ordered was not anywhere close to what I received, who in their right mind would put an iPad in a big old box with no padding or even some protective film around the device. Ive never had issue with open box in store products before, but I’d never buy open box and take Best Buy’s word for it again sight unseen. Horrible experience that ruined my daughters birthday surprise

I didn't buy this product. I contacted Best Buy at least four times about that. I don't know how they are, as I don't own one. I haven't downloaded the software (even though I get a daily email reminder to do so) because I don't have an iPad. Apparently, I bought two of them, so I hope someone is happy with them. I didn't get the bill, just the credit for having purchased.

The worst iPad I ever purchased, a couple of dead pixels on the screen, not a solid product

It would be nice if this had a nicer screen. The display is very bland looking and looks muddled.

This is a great tablet. Has everything I would ever need (a decent camera, good processor for games, handles multitasking well, browsing internet is fast, and the size is perfect. I had bought a iPad 8th generation and returned it due to the plastic screen (the touch doesn’t feel as authentic and may not last as long) and also the size was too big for me once I put on the case. This is much lighter, easier to text with, and easier to game with. The downside it has to the 8th generation is you don’t get the 20 watt fast charger. Honestly, I’d rather have a better iPad then have it charge faster. Most people would probably agree. Plus, the selfie camera is better on the mini.

Sold me this apple iPad mini and it was locked from the previous owners. Had to return it because it was useless. Very upsetting because I wanted another one , yet Best Buy couldn’t fix it or price match another one for me. Not happy because I really wanted / needed it.

Total junk. Will not stay charged, the camera sucks. This iPad is not one bit better than the gen2 you could pay 300 or less for! Don’t waste your money! It’s garbage

Arrived with a dead spot where the number 1 was. Local store would not replace with same model as they did not have the same in “an open box” condition.

I also wanted the protection plan I was given a number to call .I was put on hold for 20 minutes and than they hang up on me.Three times.Not happy

The IPAD came dutry, with fingerprints all over, scratches on the metal, thats why i gave it back in the same week

$600.00 dollars for a paper weight! Can't get it to work....no help with this sense the stores are closed... where do you go?? piece of crap as far as I am concerned!!!!!!!!!!!

So I went to BB, they had a Mini on sale, I purchased it and received this iPAD, WRONG one!! This is no different than the first model.

It doesn’t hold battery power and it freezes or screen goes blank and I have to restart it. Now I know they have to many open box in the store.

I thought it will be a good idea to get one of these for travels, but no. I really don’t see the benefit of a tablet. Just get a better phone.

Im soooo disappointed with what apple has become. This is such trash compared to android and windows.

Second I pad with a bad button, apple quality seems to be going down hill .
