Once again Apple has made a winner. The screen, the build quality is 2nd to none. Has amazing battery life. I had a surface pro and just the amount of apps compared to windows is crazy. There is just so many more apps iOS. I have to ask myself why I did not move on from windows much sooner. But if your looking for a small tablet this is the one.

I am very pleased with this iPad, which my husband bought me for my birthday. I have had many iPads, starting with the first one. I currently have an older mini iPad that I have had for several years and also have an iPad Pro. I have used the older mini more than I’ve used the Pro because I like the smaller size, so when my husband offered to buy me a new iPad, it was easy for me to choose a new mini rather than a larger one. Also, we had given our daughter the latest mini for Christmas and knew she was very pleased with it. It is easy to hold the mini and it fits comfortably in my purse. I often read books on my iPad and find the size of the mini ideal for that. There are a few differences with the latest mini that I appreciate. The camera is excellent and easy to use even for someone like me who is not an outstanding photography. While I like the camera on my iPhone, I prefer the larger Mini screen when I am taking or viewing pictures. The newer mini can be used with the pencil from my iPad Pro, though I have rarely used the pencil with my Pro and doubt that I will use it much with the mini. That, however, is a matter of personal preference. Others might really use the pencil frequently.

Used to have the 9.7 inch ipad and the galaxy tab a 10.1 2019 version, like this the most. The screen is much better than the samsung and you can use one hand the 9.7 is bulkier and has worse specs. This ipad is snappy fast. This is the best of the 3 by far bc of speed, screen resolution and the nice size, not too big or small.

I have always loved the iPad Mini ever since the first generation was released. Now the fifth generation is here. I can’t put into words how great this tablet is. For me, it fits in between my iPhone XS and iPad Pro. It’s brighter, faster, and feels great in your hand. The bottom line is Apple has done it again. The iPad Mini provides a great user experience and I strongly recommend it.

I had an Ipad Mini 3 that was still working reasonably well, but I wanted the bump in speed + the ability to use Apple Pencil (which is an amazing, albeit over priced accessory; much better than any stylus on the market). I was able to get a fairly decent trade in at my Best Buy store for the Mini 3, which I applied to the purchase of the new Mini. No issues at all since my purchase almost 2 months ago - works perfectly. Highly recommended for those who want something more "journal" sized instead of carrying the full size Ipad. The only negative is that it actually costs more than the intro Ipad, which doesn't make a lot of sense.

Apple products are by far my favorite. Always easy to use, beautiful to look at, lightweight, and last a long time. I’ve used my first iPad mini for over 8 years and the only reason I got a new one was because YouTube app was no longer compatible and my daughter was not having it!

Got this for my mother and she has enjoyed every day with it. Its fast, easy to use and apple is apple so everything just works. No issues with it so far, however the memory is almost full, so next time if I want to buy any kind of iPad or iPhone, I will at least get one with 128 GB memory on it.

The absolute best "small" tablet. It is powerful, the screen is gorgeous, and now with Apple Pencil support, the iPad mini is my go to tablet. It is literally always in my bag because of it's size and the battery has not disappointed. 10 hours of screen time, like all other iPads.

I purchased my first IPad mini over 10 years ago. It was small enough to fit in my purse and light enough to not weigh my bag down. This is my third IPad mini and I love it. It is lighter and slimmer than my other IPad minis. The processor is fast. Connecting to any WiFi is a breeze.

At first, I was worried about the size since I’ve always had a full sized iPad. The size is great and it’s much more portable and usable than the normal sized iPads. The screen looks great, just make sure you get a screen protector and don’t buy a cheap knock off Apple Pencil like I did.

This replaces a 3rd gen Mini, that has been a real workhorse. Beautiful build quality, and gorgeous screen. Very snappy. Glad to have Touch ID during masking. Chose 64GB model because I found that I only used about 30 GB on my old Mini.

Great little ipad. Easy to carry around, has a nice looking screen, and the 64gb is generally enough storage for plenty of games, a few movies, and lots of books. Wouldn't use this to store much music though due to limitations on the storage. Overall a solid value.

I have an iPad Pro which is amazing. However, it is a little too heavy (with a case on) to use for reading books. This iPad mini 5th generation is a perfect size, fast, and fun to use. Great for reading books, playing games, surfing the web, and everything in between.

Bought this as a gift for my wife. I have a regular I pad 10" Gen 6. My wife has not used an Apple product yet. She is curious about my I Pad, but has never wanted to use it. She says it's too big & bulky. She would rather use her laptop or phone. That's why I got the mini. As far as review. I believe it's the perfect size. Right in between a phone and laptop. I believe she will love it! What else can I say. It's Apple and an I Pad. Superior performance, quality, graphics, versatility. I could go on, however I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Very pleased. The only con I would list is the box it came in had some minor damage from shipping process. Wouldn't mention it, but with Apple products I like to keep all parts in pristine condition because of great trade in value.

I’m an Apple consumerist, so I’m here for any and all things Apple. I had a 1st gen iPad mini and after being so frustrated with the slowness of it because of it’s age and outdated iOS, I decided to finally upgrade to the new 2019 iPad mini. It’s great for reading e-books, online articles, or anything else really. It’s a good size to be portable yet also large enough to accomplish a variety of tasks. Watching videos/movies is great. I mostly use it for grad school to review articles. There are many apps available that allow for annotation of articles and the iPad mini is a great tool for that. All-in-all, it is a great device and I’m very glad I made the upgrade! The only thing I’m frustrated with is that the Best Buy employee didn’t let me pick the color of the iPad I wanted... :(

Downsizing from an IPad Air 2, I easily adjusted to the smaller size. Upgrading with the specs, this little guy is quite quick. Apps and updates download rapidly. Syncs and connects to WiFi, Bluetooth, websites, etc, very smoothly. Ultra thin, sturdy build and pleasantly lightweight.

Got this iPad for my son. His old one lasted years but wasn’t keeping the charge as well as it use to. But wow you can really see the difference in the upgrade. Great batter power, super clear screen , and way faster speed. He uses it for games and has been great!

The iPad mini meets all expectations, beautiful screen, lots of computing power and space. The battery will last longer enough.

this has been a great tablet. good battery life and wifi/bluetooth. aquire it with my best buy rewards. only had to pay sales tax. light weight and power to run all my apps. some at the same time! half the weight of a fullsize ipad!

I have an iPhone and an iPad Pro but there is an important place for my mini. It is light with the perfect size screen. I use it for watching movies, playing games and FaceTime. It has a great battery life and holds my downloaded movies, no problem.
