    Had an old Ipad mini (first generation) that would do facetime but not group facetime. This new Ipad mini not only did group facetime but also in a much higher resolution (thanks also to the new fiber optic internet connection). Facetime with the grandkids is much safer and cheaper than traveling 1300 miles.

    Worked great right out of the box as is typical for most Apple products. I wish this came in more colors and I personally do not like the white bezel version. The black and silver look very nice though. Connected to wireless no problem and setting up fingerprint ID was a snap. My only real gripe is price... Apple products are very costly for their popularity.
