It’s definitely serving it’s purpose purchase for my daughter as an upgrade to use because of the pandemic it’s getting use quite a bit and the newer advancements for pencil support help a lot.

Excellent product and the Best purchase have made for a while. This iPad mini is just the right size to travel with. The iPad mini is also accessible for blind and visually impaired users.

We had two Kindles break in the same month and decided to go with the more reliable iPad mini. It cost more but does much more. When we can travel again we may buy a Kindle again to take to the beach.

This was an open box item so I was a little nervous when purchasing it but I’m so glad I did. It was in perfect condition was already reset and included everything in the box.

We wanted the youngest to have a small device that was portable. The iPad mini was perfect for our use.

I bought this for my father so he could face time the family while he was in the hospital during Covid and we couldn’t visit with him. He used it everyday and still does now that he’s home .

We use them for timeclocks. They were cheaper than the original equipment, non proprietary, and I only bought this replacement because the manager left the original unlocked and a homeless person stole it.

We needed an upgrade and this has helped. We stood in the store for 10 minutes and watched two associates walk but without saying a word, but the 3rd one took care of us very well.

Great little tablet. Easy to use. Lots of possibilities. Sometimes a little too sensitive.

I really have been enjoying this iPad mini. I have an 12.9 iPad Pro but it’s not always easy to use it out in the field. This purchase allows that versatility and makes work completed on one available on both.

Working like day one after 5 month of intensive use. Definitely good quality. Cons, fixed memory space, not up-gradable with SD card, not compatible with windows (drag and drop pictures etc)

Staff was very informed and helpful about replacing my older iPad mini. We did not have an appointment but were helped quickly and the tech was very pleasant. Will purchase from Best Buy again.

I purchased this product for my mom as a birthday gift and she loves it! The newer iPad Air's were a bit big for her so I decided to go ahead and give this one a try & she is obsessed it with.

Very good iPad. Got a lot of reliable use from this device. Looking forward to the iPad mini 6 though this is a good buy.

Bought as a Birthday gift for my wife. She has been nothing but happy with it. She especially likes being able to make and answer phone calls wherever she is. She has had no problems yet and continues to swear by Apple!!

It’s such a great iPad and it’s the first iPad I’ve ever bought. It as on the small side so if you want. Bigger iPad your better going for just a regular iPad. It’s really powerful and it’s very useful.
