The product is great, I bought it as a replacement of a very old one for my kid. Placing order is easy even though order status was never updated online. The pick up was easy. Since the price they offered is much lower than apple store, I’m very happy with the purchase.

I love this little tablet. It is compact but is very powerful.

The new version is much quicker and East to navigate. Bought this to replace my son’s iPad.

I do think this is a better iPad than the standard version. Faster and more storage is a huge advantage. Also battery life is longer as well. I do miss the larger screen sometimes but over all this was a great buy!

This was a replacement for a nearly 6 yr old mini2. I got it mainly for increased speed. The difference is amazing. Everything loads and refreshes in about 1/4 the time. I’m also enjoying iOS 14 features (especially dark mode). And, fingerprint ID is sooo convenient. Even on sale it was expensive compared to a 10-inch pad, but I’m so glad to have it. Highly recommended.

I bought this iPad mini for my mother as an early Mother’s Day gift. She loves it. It’s a major update to the old Samsung Tab A she had for years. I prefers this size over the larger ipad 7th generation. Even though Best Buy had the best sell price for it at the time, I still think the ipad minis are too expensive as a whole compared to the larger iPads. As long as she’s happy with it, I’m happy.

I bought this ipad for my kids and they love it already. Its very easy to use and allows for them to do anything they would need to for playing and for anything school related. This purchase was definitely worth it especially because when i bought it, it was on sale.

I had the mini 4 for about one year. Liked the idea of the pencil, so I traded in my Mini 4 towards the 5! Experience wise, so far it doesn't feel like I have a new tablet. Even though the screen quality and brightness is a bit better. The basics seem to still perform almost as snappy. Using the pencil is what make the minor overall upgrade better. The dated design seems a bit of a waste of space, overall foot print wise. Have the Pro 11 1st gen, the smaller bezel is better. With talk of the next mini 6 being closer to 8.9. that is what this one should have been. Videos and graphics work, is clearly better on the mini 5, way better. Multiple open tabs in Chrome are also smoother. I would recommend if you cannot wait till mid 2021. Otherwise wait until the next gen arrives.

Just bought this to replace my daughters iPad mini 2 edict was well overdue. It was a great price even though the nicer mini 6 is coming. Works great and is a big improvement over the mini 2

We finally replaced our very old iPad mini 2nd generation model with new iPad mini 5th generation. What a difference these new models make compared to our old ones! This 5th generation version is very fast - and has eliminated our frustrations with our old iPads. I'm very pleased that we made the decision to replace our old ones - wish we had done it sooner!

Fast and perfect size for two handed use. I even used a pop socket.
